Counter service is outdoors with very limited outdoor seating. The Farmingdale location is open seasonally March - Oct...other nearby Ralph's locations are open year round. Not cheap, but a nice variety for a special dessert or snack!

Every single thing on the menu is absolutely DELICIOUS! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Everything is made fresh and is consistently amazing. The place is spotless. I am definitely a regular customer for life!

Why is it called Italian ices? Because it's that good.
Super friendly on the phone when ordering. When I got there everyone was busy. They were getting lots of orders. It was at my first bite that I realized why they were so busy. The pizza was delicious! Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. It would be great to see some deals with the ice cream shop.

I had 2 slices to go. No heat , no bag. Just stick 'em on a plate. Crust was tasty , sauce had a nice balance to it and the cheese was soft. Perfect ! Hot slices are good , room temp is better for me. Ralph's has started to be my go to for a slice or two. Keep up the good work , folks.

This rating is for the customer service which is the worst restaurant CS I've ever experienced. With the massive amount of Pizzerias in the town it's very surprising that this one seems to not care about how it's customers are treated.

Excellent pizza. The food is so tasty and delicious. We ordered their Sunday special , Penne ala Vodka ,chicken parm and a salad everything was so so good. I am a regular customer now. Thank you again for quality.
