I don't normally review chain locations but the staff at this Starbucks is really above and beyond. They work efficiently and are really accommodating for order adjustments/remakes. Lots of seating in here too which is nice!

Very bad service. They run out of ingredients and do not tell you, while you paid for something and it’s not given to you. They then act like it’s such an inconvenience to fix something when they made the mistake. The staff behave like zombies. Try a different location.

Super slow.Takes much longer to receive drinks than a normal place.Can’t say anything on the drive-thru but it feels like in the in-store orders are fulfilled very slowly.They run out of ingredients and don’t warn you before ordering. They just want you to deal with it.Not pleased.

gross + unprofessional service. was coming to this one all the time but after the last 2 drive thru experiences i'm grossed out & not going back to this one. this girl had so much built up grime and dandruff on her scalp i could see it so much even from drivethru window. if you're working for a big chain, or HANDLING PPLS food or DRINKS be presentable AND HYGIENIC !! not asking for much. i was sweet but lost my appetite. would never want to make anyone feel bad or say anything to her directly. called the store to just leave a little feedback that it's not hygienic or appetizing to serve things and you're very dirty and handling food. manager goes 'okay.' lol nothing else. could have said thanks for the feedback and sorry about the negative experience. that's all. zero professionalism. not drinking or eating thru a sipping cups whole when dandruff likely blew all in it. i've never seen someone's scalp look so nasty

The lines are always too long, they have no sense of urgency especially in the drive through. I understand busy locations but the way the staff just takes their time with no care is crazy to me. My last visit had my in the drive through line for over 20 mins! I would have left but I ordered ahead and already paid. Won’t be returning.

i would go here right before class and they make my order perfectly.once i made the mistake of going to another starbucks location, got really disappointed bc they made my order wrong multiple ways, was prepared to shell out for another matcha latte, but the employee here recognized me and made my drink on the house after i told him what went down. i didn't even have to ask for almond milk.

I end up at this Starbucks often since it is one of the places I can get a drink/snacks while I am doing schoolwork in between different gigs. The drinks has always been good. However anytime we try to order one of the food items they are out of it. The service is good expect for a few that will make the wrong drink and then get mad if you point it out. The thing that really bothers me is that the music is really, really loud in there. You can ask them to turn it down and they will for a few minutes and then turn it back up and then talk very loudly to each other to be heard over the music. Please, please do something about this. It should not feel like my ears are bleeding with how loud the music is half the time.
