Great service, the meat course was inedible, not tasty, we were 5 ppl and all didn't enjoy the meat, chowing and putting on the plate... cheese course and chocolate were good. Very small portions were given, and very big prices were charged! As n executive chef: I say it's a horrible experience- to have bd food quality and get charged for a premium, I would not recommend this place.

Great food and excellent service. Can't believe past this place so many times. Hard to tell from the outside, but inside the place is a hidden gem. Spacious yet cozy, quiet atmosphere. We started off with a couple of cocktails, of which the Peach Cosmo was amazing. My wife rarely finishes a drink, but this one was so good she had two! With some help from our friendly waitress Lauren, we decided upon the four-course dinner for two. Starting with the cheddar cheese fondue was a delight. The rich texture and spices made for an excellent appetizer. The California salad with Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette was delicious, as was the Melting Pot salad. For the main course, we chose the Steak Lovers and Land and Sea entrees. Lauren was very helpful in explaining the cooking procedure, which in itself enhanced the whole experience. For dessert, we chose the Yin Yang chocolate fondue, which is a mix of black and white chocolates in which to dip an assortment of fruits and little snacks; the perfect ending. Overall, the food and service are top-shelf. The staff is very attentive, the portions are generous yet reasonably priced. Now that we know, we'll be back.
Lauren is the most fabulous server. She is so knowledgeable with food allergies. She is helpful and a wonderful resource. She is kind and made for a wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back and request her!

The service was absolutely terrible. Even the table next to us complained about our mutual server. He turned the burner on then disappeared for 30 minutes before even serving drinks. We had to ask other servers what happened to our server after each course. He could not even make a loaded bake potato fondue I commented to him thats not how they make it the burner was on so long even the potato melted . I come here pretty often and this ruined our experience not sure if i will return.

If you love cheese fondue this is the place for you. So delicious.Dietary restrictions: I was with someone who has gluten, soy and lactose intolerance and he was able to do both a meat and a chocolate fondue. It made his night.

Melting Pot is the perfect restaurant for all those special moments in life. My girlfriend and I have been going to Melting Pot for our birthdays and anniversary’s for the past couple years. When dining one day we were served by Analiese. She was by far the best server we had there. Every time since then we make sure she is our server because she goes above and beyond. She paces our meal perfectly, and is always very attentive. Dining last night was no different, she did everything to make sure we enjoyed our dining experience.

I’ve been here many times with my husband, and tonight we celebrated our first Valentine’s Day married. Although it was the most crowded we’ve ever seen it, our server Lauren made it a wonderful and pleasant experience. She remembered everything we ordered even though I’m sure she had so many other tables to remember. She was very attentive when she came to our table and came by in between orders to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a delicious meal and a great experience!

My fondue burnt/became too hot to eat because I couldn't find wait staff to refill dippers in a timely manner. Waitress also kept my gift card with the remaining balance on it but I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for $10

Place is run down and in desperate need of a renovation. Folks that work there do not seem excited to be there, or are well trained. Our server was very pleasant, but didn't know how to open a bottle of wine. We had to help and then she asked if we could pour it ourselves. Again, she was very nice, but was upfront that she didn't know what she was doing. The wine selection itself was pretty limited. We've been to other Melting Pots, and the food was exactly the same. Which is good. We had a nice meal, but we probably won't be back to this location.

I just went here for the first time and will definitely be back! Our waitress, Lauryn, was extremely patient, attentive and helpful. The baked potato cheese fondue was exceptional and I was pleasantly surprised that you could get additional, complementary dippers. Our dessert fondue was equally fabulous. Wonderful food and service and a great experience overall!

Very disappointed. I haven't been to a Melting Pot in several years and I won't be going back . We ordered cheese and barely got any,the pieces of pretzel bread were horrible. The cheese ran out before we even made a dent in the things to dip. For those prices you'd expect to be able to dip more than 3 pieces each(2)people. Waste of money
