The night me and my soon to be wife laid eyes on the royal palm we knew we had to have the place . Paola was amazing in assisting us with everything we ever needed for our night. The whole process was just as important as the planning everything for that night and both went off without even a hiccup, the staff was great and the food was amazing. Thank you all that assisted that night, these newlyweds can’t be any happier.

These 2 ladies know what they doing and always advice for ideas and always go out there way to make your party look gorgeous! Thank you for making my wedding so beautiful and memorable. Theres not one part of the party i can say i didnt like. Everything was just gorgeous and a day to never forget.

Very poor decisions by the wedding crew ruined my experience even after the misjudgment was revealed to the management the response was amiss and condescending, being the groom and asking to speak to the manager and not have my wife burdened in her bliss about the vows and the entrance being missed by the photographer seems like a big deal to me. They actually ignored my request and went straight to my bride with rigmarole about her not picking a vender .The customer service is the worst I ever had.Stay away I’m not the only one that says they are rude and condescending..They refused to admit their mistake and didn’t attempt to make it better.The Groom ..

We had a great time at my niece quinceañera party. Our only complaint is that bartender wasn’t nice. She had an attitude and kept saying out on specific drinks… it was an open bar but limited with her service.
