I ordered my favorite once again Singapore noodles with no shrimp and extra veggies. Wow! The chef this evening made it the best I ever had. Not oily and so flavorful. Thank you Chef for being consistent and sometimes over the top even more amazing! 13 years eating here and lucky they all care about quality. Thank you!
The food was as fresh as can be. There was nothing that resembled using leftovers for any of the rice, dishes or other items we ordered. You can tell they didn't just open up a can of premade orange sauce and dump it on fried pieces of chicken. You could actually see the orange peel and taste the flavor of food that was made really fresh and done well. The chicken meat was lightly crisp and the sauce was not "gluey" from too much starch, it was on the lighter syrup consistency and not overly sauced!
