Tasty food , big portions , huge diverse menu with unique options , basically a food truck with no wheels ? nowhere to sit and somewhat confusing storefront , but in a door dash world it makes sense and seems to be a very lucrative business for the owner , discount to police ems and military ?

Incredible food, huge portions, so many delicious choices, affordable, and the staff are always smiling! My go-to is their fried cutlet with fresh mozz and roasted red peppers on a hero with their balsamic dressing!

The breakfasts are great. found it by accident. A larger sign is needed. I apparently passed by it unknowingly for weeks. The specialized sandwiches are unbelevably good.. Parking may be an issue during lunch time.Parking: The lot is way too small. Neighboring homes and businesses are not helpful.

A well earned NEGATIVE review!! I've been a regular of this establishment since they've opened about 3 years back and as I'm a very patient person, I HAD ENOUGH OF POOR, NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES; called to place an order for 2 sandwiches at 2:33PM, (as per my call log) taking into account, they'll start preparing the order after 5-10mins, was told 20-25mins for the order to be ready, arrive at 3:10PM and give them my name and there're all just looking at each and then the young man points to what was a slip with my order; waited about 5mins, someone comes back to me at the window and starts to ring me up, I then ask are they making my order now?! The person says "yea, making it now".... that's when I decided I no longer wanted what I ordered. Here is the principal behind all this, I ordered cause we're hungry and everyone is on a schedule, to manage my time accordingly, I called ahead of time and saved some time for myself to eat. Due to an unfortunate situation where my order was forgotten, I was hungry and did not have a chance to grab something else to eat as I had to be somewhere which would not allow me to eat for a good few hours. There have been many times where I was told 30-40mins for your order which was fine with me and when I arrive to pickup, I'd have to wait a good 10-15mins to pay and leave with it, which I have patiently waited many times. BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!! Honestly speaking, the food is not alllllll that, I've had much better. The amount of money I've spent all these years amount to someone's annual property taxes. I WILL DEFINITELY BE SPREADING THE WORD TO MY LARGE NETWORK OF FAMILY & FRIENDS.... Great?? job!!!!!!!! Looks like this establishment is headed to going out of business soon.

Drove over 10 minutes to get a chicken cutlet sandwich. Placed order at 3:30 pm it was completed at 3:51 pm. I asked for chicken cutlet to be warm and clerked confirmed it would be hot. Needless to say I drove 10 minutes to stand outside in 35° weather to get a cold chicken cutlet sandwich. Chicken cutlet tasted extremely bland like a chicken cutlet from a hospital. Will not be going back to this Chubbs.

Gigantic, delicious, almost overwhelming how huge these sandwiches are! The fries are just as delicious. Highly recommend this place. One sandwich will feed you for the whole day!

Go somewhere else where they are happy that you are there. I’m sorry I interrupted the day for them to do

Had their Bum Rob breakfast wrap. Great taste, chorizo had a mild bite, fresh ingredients, and nice heating on the griddle, always a good sign of food prepared right. I cannot wait to try them for lunch! No dine in though, but not a biggie. The menu is huge and overwhelmed the guy in front of me. Also, Google says sandwiches all day, but only after they get done with breakfast. No biggie since there's so much to choose from. I'm going again!
