We placed an order over the phone - gave spelling of name twice and a phone number. Was told it would be an hour. Came to get it a little over an hour later and they insisted our order was placed a few minutes ago and we were too early. Had us pay for someone else's order, told us they would give us free pie for the inconvenience instead of giving us money back and for the order not being ready (never got the pie) and then they realized our order was ready the entire time (about 25 minutes later). The food was ok, probably would have been better if it was warm.

I love the Bull & Bear Roadhouse. I work near the location in East Syracuse and go there frequently to either socialize with others at the bar for lunch, or sit at a table with friends or business associates. I have had many of the items off the menu, from burgers, wraps, salads, to sandwiches and all are amazing! I highly recommend checking them out if you have not been there. Bull & Bear by far has one of the best burgers in central new york . So many options between their already built menu options to the build your own option . And where can you go to get a great burger at a discounted price on Mondays . The sides speak for themselves . On occasion I'll venture into other areas of the menu and have yet to be disappointed . Taco Tuesday , salads and an occasional dessert (not often tho) If you haven't been , stop putting it off . There are 3 locations so it doesn't matter what part of town you're on .
