I used to love this place, I was so disappointed in all the food. The Italian trio was enough to feed a 5 year old . Maybe there was a shortage on chicken, I don't know but it was 2 half dollar size pieces and about as thin. I will not go again. I can find a better place to eat for and for less than $170. It's a shame

Whenever we visit our son in the metro Syracuse area, we always love to go to Carrabba’s!! The food and service are always excellent! Well cooked and so tasty! We come here all the time and always have a great meal and Katrina R has been our server the past few times and everytime she gives us the best service she is so friendly and a great asset to Carrabbas!

My wife and I had lunch yesterday with another couple. We drove from Troy, NY and they drove from Mississauga, Ontario. Both families enjoyed Carrabba’s Italian Grill before but not this time. My wife and I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and fettutchini bolognese with a salad. Although the servers were curtious and nice, the service was confused. Like too many drink refills without removing empty glasses and waiting a while to order, the food came while eating the salad over crowding the table and signaling to get grated cheese over the pasta, although the restaurant was not over crowded. After the meal (early lunch) we both felt bloated with acid stomach. My stomach felt weird enough (acid with a touch of pain) that I could not have dinner.
