The food there is pretty good but can vary from day to day. Prices are kind of high.

Went there a few weeks ago on a Friday, specifically for the Cape Cod Reuben. The place is small but eclectic and fun. The staff was very friendly and had nice conversation with the bartender and some patrons while waiting for my sandwich. The poor girl behind the register was going a mile a minute but made sure to check my order before she handed it to me. The sandwich was excellent. I like that the slaw wasn't too sweet as to overpower the sandwich and the bite of the Swiss cheese complements the flavors. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to try more sandwiches.

After hearing about this place for some time, we knew we had to try it. For some reason, we expected it to be more of a sandwich shop, but it's actually a bar/restaurant - even better! The staff was so friendly! fast! efficient! fun! we loved them. We had two fish sandwiches....the fish was a nice generous portion. Next time we'll skip the sandwich rolls. We also want to try the cheesesteaks on our next visit. We look forward to the social media posts....in this day and age? those upbeat posts are PRICELESS.

As a person who grew up in Philadelphia, I can tell you this is an amazing place to eat a Philly cheese steak, the rolls are ambrosia delivered almost daily, the steak is ribeye and cooked to a tenderness that melts in your mouth. The Italian red peppers add a slight amount of heat bringing this sandwich to an awesome level of greatness. Now I'm aware that some will disagree with me, but, if you want a great cheese steak without having to go to Philly this is where you go. BTW the owner is a hoot.

This place is absolutely worth the hype! The atmosphere alone is super cool. Great decor, welcoming to everyone. The service was fantastic and friendly and even humorous. Their social media account is fantastic, and the food speaks for itself. The cheese steaks are soooo good. Fresh ingredients, plenty of meat and fillings, affordable prices and amazing flavors.

The cheesesteak sub was delicious! Honestly one of the best I've had. Service was great. Everyone was very polite. The vibe was more of a bar it seemed but it does have multiple tables to sit at if you want to enjoy the meal that way.

The steak sandwiches are the absolute best . They do not skimp on the ingredients. The service is very friendly.

I literally was just at this establishment an hour ago. I'm a first-timer....so, my experience was nothing short of remarkable....ordered the " pot roast " sub,. I got the " last one".....whilst waiting for my " to go ", I got a beer and sat at the bar. This place hugs you like a blanket for everyone ? thank

Have been here a couple times recently for takeout after finding them (where else!) on Yelp when looking for a local cheesesteak place. The food has been good both times, but I can't say it's blown me away. Others have said that the cheesesteaks are a little dry and I thinks that's because of the way they make them, cheese is at the bottom of the roll and not mixed in with the steak. I prefer it to be mixed in. The cheesesteaks are good sized & packed with steak and toppings but are a little pricey in my opinion ($15 and up); hey prices are going up everywhere so what are you gonna do? Sides are great, have had the tots and onion rings and they were both yummy and huge portions. In fairness, we've ordered takeout both times and it's probably a lot better if you ate it fresh there in person. They wrap the cheesesteaks in paper not foil so they get a little cold on the drive home. I'm a repeat customer so yes I would recommend giving them a try, the food is good and the service is very fast and friendly. I am still on a quest for "the BEST cheesesteak" though, lol.

Best cheesesteak in the area. Highly recommend this place. Server and bar tender were both on top of their game on a busy Friday night!

We saw the owner on a talk show and had to try this place. The owner seemed spunky and full of energy, and we weren't wrong. The restaurant is lively and very neighborly. We walked into folks singing happy birthday and having an awesome time.We ordered three cheese steaks and they were fresh and flavorful. The bread was soft and the meat was tender. I think that these cheese steaks rival Philly and we have been there often to all of the hot spots. The server even came over with a slice of cake from the party at the bar. The owner was behind the bar talking and laughing with everyone.Gino's Cheese Steak and Onion is the place to be for cheese steaks and an awesome dining atmosphere. We felt like family while we were there!
