The food is fine but don’t try coming in for a hot sub toward the end of the day. They routinely shut down their grill and take in drinks 30 min or more ahead of posted closing time. Maybe it’s me but if you say you are open until 9pm then you shouldn’t have the shop ready to close the door at 8:30. Constantly disappointed with this location’s attitude toward customers nearing closing time…and 30+ minutes doesn’t really count as ‘nearing’ closing time.

I usually frequent the Fishkill store close to closing due to my work schedule. The employees are always great and never make you feel like you are holding them up from leaving. The kids that work there that have helped me are nice, courteous and hard working. Thanks for a great place to grab a great sandwich!

Door dash orders are received sealed & with the correct info on the attached receiptRoutinely what's delivered is NOT what was ordered.When you contact the store you're pushed back to door Dash (who didn't prepare OR package the order for delivery.?)SHAME ON YOU FISHKILL JERSEY MIKE's!!!!!
Service is awful. They need to hire more people or have a discussion on how to manage online and in person orders. I put in an online order at 12pm, it says that the order would be ready at 12:23pm. I arrived at 12:20. The place was busy, they had a line full of people. They kept making sandwiches for people that were on the line but not making them for the online orders. I didn't get my sandwich until 12:40. Mind you I have a half hour lunch break. The sandwich was alright but I had to rush eating it, also they put it together so sloppy. This isn't my first time coming to this jersey mikes and honestly everytime I come to this store, I always have a problem. Will not be ordering from here again.

I was wary about trying Jersey Mikes as I thought of it as a subway-type establishment. My husband and I ordered a traditional cheesesteak and a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Our sandwiches were ready within 10 minutes and they were both comparable to our beloved Jersey shore cheesesteaks!
