This is a diner that does not limit itself to typical diner fare. The menu is large, and this restaurant is bursting with ambition to reach some lofty goals. With my visit, they hit those marks well. The food was hot and flavorful. The desert options are almost overwhelming. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They have earned a good reputation in the community, and I'm glad that I took the time to visit them on my trip. I will recommend the Blue Lagoon to anyone who visits.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.

We really loved the service our waiters where friendly and came across like they really did care how much we liked the food and service. Theres no reason i payed $16 + tax for a “Bagel all the way” and they could not at very least put the cream cheese on the bagel. All of my included toppings for the bagel were placed on to plate instead of on the bagel & lastly it makes no sense how when i asked for an orange juice… they poured a 12 ounce cup of Newmans orange juice ($3 gallon in the stores) AND WAS CHARGED $4 for the 12 ounce cup without the lid even being placed on right. Very distasteful experience for a place i spoke so highly of in the past. Please do better
My favorite diner around! We're here all the time! Clean, great food, fast friendly service and pretty girls to take your order. Also they make the best almond cookies. We always buy some to bring home.

We heard this was a good place for decent food. I was hesitant after reading some reviews but agreed to try it. Sadly we were disappointed. The reviews about bland food are accurate. I ordered the balsamic blue bruchetta burger. Virtually no flavor. Looked great but lacked seasoning. My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak and other than the mild flavor of the green peppers, there was zero flavor. Fries were fries. My cranberry margarita was tasteless, watery and just not worth it. Atmosphere looks great. Beautiful lights and brilliant red lights and red and chrome architectural design. Waiter was ok but after asking for a drink on the menu he informed us he didn't know what it was because "he doesn't drink alcohol". They didn't have the items needed for two different drinks which is why I settled for the cranberry margarita. Won't be going back. Oh...I will say the potstickers were pretty good although I wish the sweet sauce was served on the side instead of poured all over them...but still the most tasty part of the meal.
