Fantastic bagels with extremely tasty cream cheeses. I door dashed to my house in Poughkeepsie. I ordered a 1/2 dozen and two 1/2lb cream cheeses. I selected the herb cream cheese and the strawberry cream cheese. My favorite was the strawberry. It was the perfect sweetness with chunks or strawberries. The bagels themselves had wonderful flavor. I personally feel these bagels were the best I had in my trip. Pricing was very reasonable and they had all the types I wanted.

Good food, friendly staff. But the last time I was there, there was several people behind the counter who kept asking if anyone called in an order. No one seemed to want to take an order from the customers who walked in.I would most likely give a better review I they had designated staff for call in orders. The bagels however are delicious.

This place sucks if your not a regular they are rude and act like you are below them my experience has been horrible every time as well as my wife’s experience the fat white guy in there thinks he’s Spanish and thinks it’s OK to call my wife “mami “ and that’s not his place that’s my wife’s Hispanic husbands job and then he had the nerve to yell at my wife because she’s sick, losing her voice and trying her hardest to speak up but clearly he’s to stupid to understand what it means when someone walks in with a N95 onBagel shops suck everywhere especially this oneOverpriced with lack luster service

Great food with large portions! Counter service with table delivery was good. Ambiance was ok. A true deli.

Great bagels, with so many different choices for cream cheese flavors. I personally love the poppy seed rolls that come with the breakfast sandwiches. I've had the SEC, BEC, and just egg and cheese they're all good but the most filling is the sausage. The bacon egg and cheese's tend to not be filled with tons of bacon. Which is strange because if you ask for a bagel with bacon on it it's an outpouring amount of bacon on top! Maybe that's why there's a price difference. I've been coming here for years and every time coming in person is 1000x better than ordering on door dash. I don't think I'll order on DoorDash anymore everything always comes wrong or cold. For me the best option is calling my order ahead and doing pickup myself or just ordering in person. My overall favorite item is the large over sized black and white cookie I've ordered it for parties and birthdays it's always enjoyed by everyone. It's a tight fit of a little hole in the wall cafe/deli type but has a good 6-8 tables that seat 4 people each. If you go early in the morning you'll see a usual crew sitting around that are friendly and cheerful. It feels like a little neighborhood corner bodega.

Are they the prettiest bagels? No. Are the people bright and cheerful early in the morning? Again, No. Are they the place I stop every time I visit NY as I begin my drive back to Georgia? Hell yeah... Reasonable prices, drinks and a dozen for the road. Done it 4X so far...

Great food, always taste good and amazing bagels. However, the service is absolutely horrible. They are rude, slow, and disrespectful. This is always consistent no matter when you enter. It's a shame, they really need to work on their sense of urgency and customer service.

Didn't love the food or experience at The Bagel Shoppe. Bagels were dry, not particularly flavorful, and cut poorly (super thick top and super thin bottom). Plus, the breakfast sandwich cheese tasted processed. The ordering process was also a bit chaotic -- employees take orders and then disappear for awhile before returning to ring customers up, which causes a backlog by the register. However, the prices were pretty low ($6 for a breakfast sandwich, $3 for a bagel with butter), so it's an alright spot to stop by for a quick meal during a drive.
