Walked in, place was kind of dark and dingy, large bowls of only chicken salad, and tuna in the dark refrigerated case. So unappealing, Why would this place get four stars?

So I always order to go as it's always the same. They are always disrespectful and rude the people the take the calls are rude and have no experience with customer service honestly I ask them to let me know who their boss is but they refuse to give it to me. Don't get me wrong the food is ok but customer service is bad

Good for on the go. Their ice tea is good but it is very sweet. They do get my order wrong sometimes, I been coming here for years and they got it wrong about 3 times. So just make sure they understand what you ordered.

Terrible service. The cashier told my elderly mother that they didn't have the time to serve her. The bread they sell is also a ripoff. I can get the same bread across the street from the supermarket.

I dont know why they have 3.5 stars but ive been coming to establishment since i was in highschool in 2011 and they have been great. Order the jumbo ice tea if youre looking for a sweet tea .

This place is amazing. The omelet breakfast is an incredible deal but the sandwiches and bagels are really good too. Went here a bunch of times when we were in the area and were never disappointed. Super friendly staff too.

Ordered: a veggie omelette 1. Waited for a VERY long time; at least 3 other people who ordered after me had received their orders before I went up to the counter again to inquire, and after another 6-7 min, they give me my order.. no apologies or explanations given. 2. Upon opening the box: I find... NOT a veggie omelette but an omelette with veggies AND MEAT. NOT what I ordered. My omelette had been contaminated. 3. They said they put ketchup in the bag. There's 2 orders, both with hash browns. How is 3 teeny tiny packets of ketchup sufficient? ??????????
