I must say, the food at this establishment is exceptional. However, the overall customer experience has left much to be desired. With the exception of a courteous young man wearing glasses, the staff's attitude can be described as nothing short of rude. Despite pre-ordering my usual bagel and iced coffee well in advance through their website, I've encountered significant delays, sometimes up to 12 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. When I politely inquired about the delay, I was met with a scolding response, being told to retrieve my order myself despite opting for the car pickup option.Regrettably, it seems that the principle of 'the customer is always right' does not resonate with this establishment. Additionally, I've experienced instances of outright hostility, having been screamed at on more than one occasion. As a Latina woman, I can't help but wonder if this treatment is influenced by factors beyond the service itself.Despite the delicious food, the consistently poor customer service leaves me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a patron. Consequently, I'm compelled to explore alternative options for my bagel and coffee fix in the future.Vegetarian options: Not applicable.

What a joke-- and a ripoff. I ordered fried eggs and got a rubbery mess with broken yolks, overcooked so they tasted like hard-boiled eggs. The lox sandwich I got was covered in noxious purple onions (not mentioned on the menu) and had 2 thin measly little slices of lox. For the amount I spent on it, there should have been at least twice that amount. Not to mention the bagel was overcooked and hard. The pancakes were underbaked and the pastries were dried out and stale. If you want to buy a simple bagel, you'll probably be ok but anything other than that is too complicated for them. Don't waste your money- go elsewhere. Anywhere is better than this place.

THEY SCAMMED ME. I ordered a bunch of everything bagels on their website to pick up on my way from the airport. The website processed the charge. Someone from the store called me not long after to tell me they were out of everything bagels. I said no problem, please cancel and refund the order. They said okay absolutely. They called back a little bit later and said they would have everything bagels in a few hours. I said no thanks, we were already out of the area driving hours home, please cancel and refund the order as agreed. They said okay, and then they never cancelled the order. Currently disputing this with my card company, but do not trust them if you order online.

Guy behind the counter is extremely rude. Asked a simple question about if they make açaí bowls and was berated. I understand it was the morning, but there is no excuse to be rude when I was asking politely. Canceled my bagel order and left.Won’t be going back.

I ordered a shiva platter for 45 people and was Very pleased with everything. The delivery came right on time and the platters were eye pleasing as well as delicious. Salads were tasty & best nova ever. People also said the bagels were the best they ever had. I highly recommend Jewel Bagels. Eddie was a pleasure to deal with as well.I ate there as well and everything was delicious.
