Horrible customer service. Deceptive practices with inconsistent pricing. If they were not in the supermarket, they definitely wouldn't survive.Packaging of items is also horrible. Be aware if you want to look at something before buying, the packaging will open and you'll be forced to buy it.If you try to argue with them, they'll feign ignorance and will only speak Mandarin.

Even though the bread and coffee taste good, I feel like the price is a bit expensive...

Hong Kong style ice milk tea is delicious! The fish fillet buns are delicious?

The whole wheat toast here is super delicious! It’s sold out every time I come here, and when I finally come across it, I grab it immediately! The bread is basically not bad, recommended ?

The pastries are so delicious, not overly sweet. It is so convenient too as it is at a grocery store, I usually came here to grocery and bake culture pastries couple time weekly. Nice!

Something I find really weird was a staff carrying a backpack around. May I ask why backpack? The other staff seems fine with the backpack but wouldn’t this cause a hazard?Really really great bread. Frequent customer of this bakery and just wanna say top tier bread and cakesHorrible horrible drinks. First time I ever bought one of their drinks. There are no boba in the strawberry “bubble tea” AND the only ingredients are: strawberry POWDER, ice, and milk. Let me guess where they bought the powder from: Nestle. The powders are also not fully dissolved. This is legit not a bubble tea. No one should ever call this a bubble tea.

Good selection of baked goods at reasonable prices for the neighborhood. Cards accepted.

Bake Culture is one of my go-to bakeries for whole cakes. The prices are very reasonable, with 6 inch cakes for less than $30, and great quality with perfect sweetness in the cream and fluffy batter. They also provide a "Happy Birthday" sign with candles upon request at no additional charge. Love it! I've tried the blueberry cake, chocolate cake, mixed fruit cake, and green tea cake with red bean. All of them are delicious so pick whatever flavor you're feeling for.The pastries are also pretty good, although on the pricier end. I like to buy their egg tarts every now and then, for a sweet treat. As for drinks, I recommend their iced milk tea!

The bread here is surprisingly good. It has texture and a nice bite to it. I get their pork floss roll whenever they have it in stock. They also have a square marshmallow snack thats very good. The black sesame mochi ball and taro bun are tasty as well. I've only been in the evenings and they always have a buy 3 get 4th free special. Will try their cake next time i'm in the area!
