It was a place I really liked for a long time, but after the change, I was very disappointed because the price increased dramatically and the fried food was so oily and soggy.

We’ve ordered from this store multiple times before it was bought out by a franchise but ever since the chicken has downgraded and so salty. If you like to order salt with a side of chicken this would be your goto. The lady who answered the phone was super nice but also didn’t sound like she was too familiar with their menu.No one in my family wanted to eat the rest of it

I placed a phone order today at 6:07 p.m., but they called at 6:30 p.m. and said that all ingredients were sold out... Either they should not take the order... or they should call me quickly... They called almost 30 minutes later and asked for the ingredients. does not exist?? Hmm... that's a very good service....

First time trying bbq chicken as I usually go to mfc or partea. I ordered the soy garlic wings only. Sauce and crispness was good. Chicken was a little dry but most importantly it lacked meat. The wings are very small and don’t have much meat on them.

This location was recently purchased by a new franchisee, the same people who own the new Astoria location. They remodeled the place, gave it the new logo, and got rid of the older Korean ladies who used to cook there - and replaced them with Latino line cooks in the back and young Korean cashiers at the front. To be blunt, they are making the chicken wrong. I've eaten at Olive bb.q locations all over the USA as well as in Korea and what these guys at these two Queens locations are selling is not consistent with what the brand makes at all of their other locations. It's also not nearly as good.It seems that there's a step missing in their process. The flavored chicken varieties are all coming out soggy and sticky and covered in wet sauce as opposed to other locations, where the sauce appears to be baked on after the chicken is fried, which seems to crystallize the sauce on the chicken, and makes a product that is generally crispy but sweet and flavorful. The chicken at this new version of the Flushing location, as well as at Astoria location that these same franchisees also own, resembles nothing so much as soggy fried chicken covered in ketchup or barbecue sauce. It's extremely disappointing if you are familiar with what Olive bb.q serves at all the other locations.I recommend taking the train to the Manhattan K-Town location where they prepare it properly and the chicken is objectively better.

This was my second order since it opened... Compared to before, the quantity has decreased and the price has risen a lot! The taste is just worth eating.I was disappointed because the size of the chicken was really small.

I know that holiday season its busy but every other restaurant is busy. We called multiple times thinking if they are closed or not picking up the phone on purpose, but ended up not taking up the phone on purpose. The worker who picked up the phone at the end was complaining to me saying i should not call multiple times if they are busy. I was so shocked to hear this from a newly renovated store and how rude the worker was. This place used to have those problems so no disappointment but whoever the owner should train the workers on how to accept orders in smarter way. Pelicana or other places does better than this. SO RUDE.

I reviewed this place before as 5 stars. It seemed to have reopened again and im so happy it did. I've been missing their olive chicken wings and waffle fries. They changed the fries to normal fries and it dosent taste good. Mad for chicken is opposite of them and they also have similar fries but tastes 100x better so I would suggest taking some notes from there. The quantity of thr wings also changed but price increased. 8 wings for $16 and just few months ago before you'd get 10 for less. The chicken still tastes the same, except it's not as crunchy.

They are finally back open!!Ordered delivery through Uber eats. Honey garlic wings & golden original wings were super crispy and delicious. I recommend ordering a side of hot sauce for the wings for some heat! They also have a menu for drinks now. Tried the lychee mango lemonade which was refreshing and not too sweet.

Horrible service, they never pick up the phone and the lady even hung up on me when I was in the middle of ordering.
