This is the only place I can get Happy Lemon and Liang pi. My old spots have closed and I'm just happy I'm able to still get these things here.

My favorite thing to get in the food court is the durian crepe cake, which is a little bit pricey, but it is totally worth your money. Just like the matcha crepe cake from lady M, this durian crepe cake blew my mind. As a fan of the King fruit, I was very pleased with the store that sold this cake (Tbaar), it is a bit more than 10 dollars. So be mindful about that. What else? I am not very happy that this place mostly accepts cash only, and to me that is an inconvenience. Perhaps that's why they can sell their food at such low price. I got the lamb noodle soup from Spicy Western Noodle, and it was average. I bet I would get better noodle soup at other kiosks. This is a good place to get cultural Chinese food without getting ripped off.

This place has got the place with the chicken. Western Spicy Big Plate Chicken or something like that -- I forget the English but it's like the 2nd or 3rd stall on the right once you go in. Nice noodles and chicken for $10 (they charge you $15 and return $5 after you return the plate). There's another place right at the far back with numbing spicy soup. Yeah, transliterations of Chinese dishes sound weird. But it's good. Trust. They also have stinky tofu. This one I'll leave up to you -- some love it, some hate it. There's also a Taiwanese place that other Chinese folks seem pretty hyped for. I've yet to try it. Anyway, generally better value and 3-4 unique options compared to New World Mall or whatever it's called right at the corner of Main St.

Way less crowded and overwhelming that new world mall food court. There's a happy lemon which I love. The Taiwanese chicken popcorn place is great and the steaks there are great two. I've tried pretty much everything from the one korean food place in the corner and that's probably my favorite stall. They're really quick to serve. The ramen is decent for a food court as well. There are also a bunch of dry hot pot places.

Fantastic place to go if you're in the mood for Asian cuisine. Just about a block down from the 7 train, this place is so easy to get to. As a vegetarian I was a bit nervous, but found delicious steamed dumplings (10pcs for $6) and scallion pancakes ($3). Fast service, easy to find a spot to sit and no stress. The options are endless from drinks to entrees, shared plates and desserts. Will definitely be back again.

The place looks nice and clean at least. There are few new restaurants replacing the old ones. The original ones sold their businesses to new owners.

New York Food Court is actually in between the New World Mall and Sky View Mall. You will most likely miss it if you're not too familiar with the area. NY Food Court is very similar to New World Mall food court, but just smaller. Although it's smaller, there are still enough food stalls to satisfy your cravings. You can still find bubble tea, desserts, skewers, dumplings, noodles, ramen, and etc here. This food court became my go-to food court because 1. it's less crowded and 2. I finally found the Taiwanese sizzling steak that used to be in the Flushing Mall. They are known for their sizzling black pepper Taiwanese Steak, which I highly recommend it! It comes with noodles (so yummy!), a side of salad, and sweet tea. Heads up if you order from here they will charge you a $5 deposit for the sizzling hot plates (they will give it back to you when you return your plates).

This place was recommended to me by a friend. It is very close to the SkyView Center in Flushing and is easy to miss. I'd actually walked by this place many times and did not think anything of it. From the outside, you cannot tell how big this Asian food court is. There are at least 15 different stalls to choose from. It is not as big as the food court inside the nearby New World Mall, but it still has a similar selection and is less crowded too. Almost all of the stalls are various Chinese cuisines (Cantonese, Taiwanese, Szechuan, Shanghainese, etc.) with some Japanese, and Korean too. Yes, it is lacking in pan-Asian variety but does offer many different things (noodles, bubble tea, BBQ, rice platters, seafood). Prices are reasonably low at all the stalls too.

Huge variety of different food stalls. If you're looking for a type of Asian cuisine, this place probably has it. Bring cash, as a lot of the places don't take credit cards.

Caution! If you wanna try KELAIQIN#15 at this food court. Today my girl friend got the green pepper with beef after waiting for 15minutes.However, what we found was that the beef was in low warm and the pepper was like baterry size thick and one side cold which means it was leftovers. When I asked the cashiers, the ladies in front just said their food were all fresh without checking. But a Male worker there who must know the truth got the food back and promised me for a new one. After another 15minutes, we ended up getting a salty, stiff and burnt Green pepper with beef!!! We just threw it away. What a bad day we had. I have never left any comment but I just couldn't keep silent this time. I just wanna tell the fact! By the way, their boiled fish with chili is also quite terrible. Will never visit here.

It's hard for me to say whether this food court is better than the other one. I actually think this place might edge out the other one, because it's typically cleaner, less crowded, and has a happy lemon. Of course, the other food court in Flushing has more option, since it's bigger. This place is en route to the mall over here in flushing, so you can stop by here while you're on your way to go do some shopping. There are a lot of good options at this particular place, but I would say you should just try what you feel like might be to your liking. The only place I will say you should avoid is the... well, i'm not sure what it's called in english, but in chinese it's 麻辣香锅, which transliterates to "spicy numb fragrant pot". It is actually called dry hot pot, and it's the station where you get you pick all your ingredients and have the kitchen cook and mix it for you. This place isn't bad, but there super common all over flushing, so it's not terribly unique. Other than the aforementioned place, I would say everything else here is good. Again, this is one of only two happy lemon locations, so consider checking that out.

The best fried squid i ever had, very cheap and delicious, they only problem is so hard to find a table, well i think this is a common problem if you live in flushing

It's a shame that New York Food Court doesn't get the recognition that New World Mall's food court does....but tbh I'm not really complaining bc one of the major pluses of this place is its relative cleanliness (compared to the rest of Flushing) and lack of foot traffic (compared to the other food court). At stall #9, you can get 15 plump juicy homemade dumplings for $8, which is a pretty decent deal. They offer many options for types of dumplings, but I chose the standard pork and chives combination. While the dumplings certainly weren't extraordinary, they were still delicious and made for a good cheap meal in Flushing.

One of my favorite places to go when I'm in Flushing. I can't rave enough about this food court. They have everything that you can find out in the streets of Flushing, packed into one area. Like most places in this foodie city, you have to pay in cash. My favorite place within is the Taiwanese corner spot. They are infamous for their sizzling black pepper Taiwanese steak. It's $18 and they charge a $5 deposit. GET THIS - they won't tell you what to do. What you're suppose to do is return the black sizzling plate to one of their staff members when you're done eating to get your $5 back. I didn't do that the first few times as there's many garbage cans / tray stack areas around the food court. So I didn't get my $5 back and I didn't understand why they overcharged me. I asked a few times and they didn't explain correctly. I can also say you can find some of the best dumplings here. You can get a lot of dumplings for cheap! There's so many places to explore in here, that you should definitely take a look for yourself.

Perfect food court if you want a little of everything! The food is great and its cheap! The location is rather small, but there is ample seating and all the yummy food makes up for it. I typically start off with the dumplings on stand #8. These are THE best dumplings I've had in flushing. While waiting for the dumplings, I head over to stand #17 for some Korean Chinese Cuisine! The seafood hotpot is my go to. It comes with four sides, always kimchi and a light soup. The seafood soup is also really good!! Both dishes are pretty hearty, so come hungry!
