Had breakfast. Food was typical dinner food. Maybe I haven't been in a dinner for a while, but I found the food EXTREMELY expensive. They have 2 prices for each dish: cash or credit card. $8.00 for 1 egg?!!!!

My friend and I stopped in at random. It is a relic. You just don’t see well run diners anymore. Classic NYC diner. Patty melts were so good and the staff is so attentive and nice. I will definitely be back

The Royal Coach of Queens. Very good diner.

They have a new pricing structure. The menu had a "cash" price and a "credit" price. Just like gas station pricing. I don't know how I feel about it....

Arrived at 11:30 pm it says on google they are open till midnight. Also posted on the door it says open till midnight every day. I walked in the gentleman a the register said “we are closed”. I would have taken food to go, but he didn’t offer. It’s really rude to post hours and not honor them. I’m upset I usually love it here.

A new york classic. Unbeatable and as real as a diner gets. Choose anything on the menu and you’ll be happy. Delicious desserts too

I don't know why diners are dying out (they say) - this is a mat marvelous experience. And on this Sunday it's packed with a line waiting for a table. Food was quintessentially American - absolutely beautiful experience.

One of the most traditional diners (located in Queens) in all of NYC.Clean, welcoming environment. There is both a Diner and Restaurant area. You eat well, at honest prices. Attractive decor. They have filmed several movie scenes inside over the years.A must go for anyone staying in the area.

Based solely on the quality of the food, it was egregiously overpriced. Got the deluxe buttermilk pancakes ($18.30 - very tough and flavorless, they definitely used powdered buttermilk and water) and the smoked salmon eggs benedict ($25.90 - poached eggs were just plain raw but should have been cooked so the whites form a supple envelope for a slightly thickened yolk; hollandaise sauce was chalky, and there should be a chive garnish, not scallions). Service was extremely slow even though it was not a peak hour, and overall I felt robbed of a wholesome diner experience. If you want mediocre/subpar food like this, you're better off saving money by having breakfast at McDonald's. I know times are tough and inflation should be taken into account, but Blue Bay Diner shouldn't charge Sarabeth's prices for Denny fare.
