I ordered 3 medium meals using Uber eats and besides taking almost an hour to get here one drink is missing. I called the store and the casher told me that I have to go pick it up whenever I want. I told her that it wasn't my fault but she hung up the phone on me.

Manager/ Helen: Cashier/ Nely and Johana: Cooking Crew/ Amayrani: Manager/ Laura: Cleaning Crew) for providing a good satisfactory experience that my money can buy at a fast food place of this kind during my most recent experience eating at this location.Food: Is always warm and fresh.Service: Friendly and bilingual (Spanish and English)Atmosphere: Clean and safe except for randowm homeless customers coming in and out (but hey is New York and this type of situations are happenign almost everywhere).I hope that you guys keep the good standards of service given so far for new and regular customers coming in and out.From all the Burguer King locations visited in New York so far (Time Square in Manhattan/ Fashion District in Manhattan / Sunny Side in Queens/ Astoria Queens ...just to name a few) this is the best one so far.

The food is good but takes a while to get. Mostly clean but people leave their food on the booths and the workers just leave it there. Not to mention that weird people come in. A guy that had ripped clothes walked in and just stared at people eating.

Young female server...seems like she was list....she stood there with my order...first she put fries...then looked at the receipt for 5 minutes to realize that it was onion rings she was supposed to give me...then looked at the mess on the tray of onion rings all over the dirty tray and put the onion rings inside the cup...then looked at the receipt for 4 minutes ...she must have some kind of problem...because she looked lost...she gave me the drink....then took it off my hands and put it on the tray then called my number...it's sad to see how these Young people go about their daily lives ...after waiting 12 minutes for her to figure out that she had completed the order she told me it was ready...now I'm ready to eat my cold lunch...for God's sake hire people that are competent that want to work...it's pure torture
