Must be new incompetent management. Deplorable ghetto workers. I used to love Burger King for their veggie burger. I will never go in here again. About a year ago, dumb dumb at the register pretended she didn't hear me when I asked for a vegetarian burger. Then she said we don't have it. Stupid morons. Wasteful business. Never again will I put my foot in here. Pathetic!

I finally found an excellent Burger King.From the manager on down, they even asked me if I wanted to wait 5 minutes for a fresh batch of fries.This place has an excellent attitude and is a far cry from the other Burger King on Springfield and Hillside Ave

The 2 young girls who worked at the counter the morning of 10/22/23 before 9am are extremely rude. I miss the lady that used to work there before.
The young lady that worked today’s morning shift (October 1, 2023) around 8:50am was very rude and impolite. I ordered a breakfast combo and apart from not giving me ketchup for my tater tots she also threw my ketchup packets at me. If you don’t want to do your job just quit and go find another one.

This Burger King on Union Turnpike is decidedly one of the more disappointing Burger King restaurants that I have been in. Dinner hours staff was undersized, and it was most fortunate that I came in on a lousy weather night. It also took about five minutes, with zero others on line, to just take my orders, and when I got my food it was decidedly undercooked. I ended up having to take it home after a few bites, and microwave it to heat it up. This place used to be Roy Roger's before. I've been a regular customer to this burger king since it opened more than 15 years ago. The Whopper and chicken fries are my favorites. And I love the bottomless drink. Lol.I observed the air-conditioning is working today 08/08/2023. I wish they bring back the bottomless drink too. I'm glad this burger king location is back and alive. I installed the app on my phone for discounts.The King is back. Please don't shrink your fries like Ronald. Lol.

I made my order this morning ahead of time on the app because I was running late for work. Once I got the restaurant the manager was not on the floor neither was the worker I was honestly wondering if the store was even open. I let the AM opening manager know I am here to pick up a mobile open she just says it's coming then I see the worker come from the back . I'm asking her how come my order isn't ready if I made it coming up the block almost 2 blocks away. She just keeps saying it's coming and I'm letting her know with mobile orders and NO ONE in the store the least you could do is have my order ready upon arrival because I am going to miss my bus because I am running late. She then starts to offer me my money back; I am confused and upset now because all there needed to be was an apology but she was very defensive because she didn't have my food ready and I had to wait for a mobile order made ahead of time.
