Never coming back again. I have been attending Burger IM since 2018. This was my second time at this location. I ordered the Trio slider combo with two grilled chicken and one beef sliders. When I bite into the grilled chicken sandwich, my tooth started hurting, I wasn’t sure what happened. To my shock there was a huge piece of bone inside the grilled chicken. I informed the staff and nothing. It turned out I have chipped my right tooth on this. Horrible experience.

Hands down the best dining experience ive ever had! The atmosphere was astonishing. I felt as though I was in the holy presence of god. The puzzling riddles on the wall left me questioning for hours after I ate, luring me back to the restaurant for answers. After consuming all 40 million burger combinations I was Enlightened. I am. Burger. Burger I Am. I am now at peace with my mind and body. The power of burger rests in my soul. Thank you BurgerIM. You have saved this poor old soul from damnation. Milkshakes were good too ?Kid-friendliness: My kid ate the burger and had a blast!

I am a frequent customer of this establishment and as always I enjoy the atmosphere, and the delicious burgers and fries. My most favorite part of my visit here is the shakes. I have yet to try a chocolate shake but I must say that the vanilla, cookies n cream and strawberry shakes are amazing!

Nice place to eat. Adequate seating a.d nice clean atmosphere. Hospitality was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Food was delicious. And had a selection of flavors and amounts to purchase at a great price. Will be visiting again to sample more of the menu. Wonderful and courteous staff. Matter of fact later that day came back for some wings to go. Wasn't a fluke the wings were still phenomenal.

Quite an odd burger spot with weird options and combinations but it serves the neighborhood taste quite well lol! My sandwich actually came out pretty good so I can't complain like the others, the fries were really good!

They had no gluten free bun or salad to wrap the burger. I just left.

Falafel Patty is burnt, no tahini on the burger, my impossible burger has one slice of avocado when I was charged for the full amount, as well as the salmon burger there was no barbecue sauce, I feel that the cook isn’t capable of making a simple order. Horrible experience very dissatisfied.Now o have to waste my time going back when I have other matters to tend to. This is really upsetting.

It's unfortunate that my dry aged beef burger tasted...well dry and aged. Normally dry aged would have the most tender and delicious savory taste to it. But I can tell on my first bite...it was frozen and overcooked. The taste is just okay. It's most likely pre-seasoned. The price doesn't really justify it when Shake Shack has cheaper prices and it's fresh. Hell even Wendy's have a dollar menu and it's tasty and fresh. This doesn't really have an excuse to be ten dollars. So I would have gave it 3 stars if the fries were any better...but it's soggy. That's a problem when even Arby's have crispier and tastier fries. Such a shame, and I discovered that this is a food chain that's supposedly decent. So maybe the cooks need to think about what they need to do to change things around.
