Great coffee and egg tart! I got in and was out the door really quick. I had a craving for egg tarts and this place hit the spot. All the pastries were wrapped in plastic and the bakery itself felt clean. It's also nice that they had a little parking lot for customers especially being on such a busy street

The bread is delicious and clean. The workers are a bit unfriendly.I don't know if you're tired because it's dinnertime, but you don't even greet guests when they come in, and instead treat them nicely. I am writing this review not once or twice.Even though it may be difficult, training to smile and greet customers kindly when they enter and leave is essential.

Not only is it more expensive than Flushing, but it also has taxes

This is by far the worst Asian bakery. Everything we tried was overly packed with sugar and did not taste good. This is definitely not something you would expect from an Asian establishment. Flies were flying over and landing on the food. When we pointed this out to the associates, they just shrugged their shoulders. They did not seem very thrilled to be working there. It's very unlikely that we will visit this place again.

Their bagel is so heavy, dry, and chewy.I love their mocha cream bread and walnut cream bread. But this time I order tgtg, they gave me 5 bagel, it was so heavy, and when I ate them this morning, the bagel is so hard, and blend, little disappointed.

Don't miss out on their egg toasts! Definitely try all their toast but my go to is the bacon egg and cheese toast.

Best coffee! Glad to find a Canaan Bakery near me. Nice selection of Korean pastry, too.
I've waited way too long and I wish I haven't wasted all those years of just driving by. Canaan Bread has crossed my mind when I get the cravings...but like all loyal customers of Canaan Bread, when you know, you know. My better half took me here for a bite right before our road trip. The seating is limited so don't expect to sit to eat...but if there's a seat, grab it and enjoy Korean blessed diner style offerings. I had their avocado toast sammich and it was Babe Ruth. Yes, that means it's a homerun for me. As full as I was, I shoveled the rest of sammich (and my wife's chicken katsu) in my mouth. The best part was the prices are all very reasonable with the amount of food and quality of food offered. 15 minutes later, we walked out very happy and our clothes reeked of food which would normally bother me. But I was so satisfied with our brunch, I wore my food cologne proudly to our next destination (a small bookstore).

Food is okay, the ice coffee(supposedly sweet) was bitter so i asked for sugar. One of the short worker told me to drink it and she will put sugar and i said. Uh no, its too bitter so can you just throw it out. She was really rude about it then she started cursing in korean, lool. She thinks i dont understand. And her other co worker just laughed. Anyways, place is clean. And coffee is good if u like not too sweet. Just really mean workers. If youre not korean they discriminate you

I told the guy I wanted a regular matcha but instead he gave me a dirty matcha and didn’t wanna change it after I just told him I’m doing no coffee so I’m giving this a 1 star for customer service will be going down the block for drinks
