My friend and I ordered through Uber Eats. We were hungry, so we scrolled through the Uber Eats app. He noticed Carlos & Gabby's and reminisced about how he loved the food when the restaurant catered at events. Hence, we decided to order from here. Carlos & Gabby's is a Kosher Mexican restaurant with a handful of American classics. The menu includes homemade soups, burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken platters, salads, hot dogs, wraps, fries, and wings. We ordered: Buffalo Fingers (3.5/5): It is fried white meat chicken. I assume the crunchy batter included corn flakes. The appetizer comes with avocado ranch sauce on the side. It is a bit dry when it comes to the chicken. The Texas Wrangler Burger (4/5): The burger includes beef bacon, homemade onion rings, romaine lettuce, tomato, cheesy sauce, and mesquite BBQ sauce. Beef bacon is their substitute for bacon since it is a kosher restaurant. The beef bacon tastes exactly like bacon. The burger was good, but for the price, I was expecting more. Eggrolls (Beef Bacinator): I don't even remember. Overall, I would rate this spot a 3.5/5. It's good, but not amazing. If you do not have to follow kosher dietary laws, then you can probably find similar foods elsewhere and for cheaper. I cannot speak for kosher restaurants since I have not been to many, but I would assume it is pricier because of the requirements to become a certified Kosher restaurant.

Food is good but The service isthe worst! Owner too cheap to hire a cashier, had to wait 20 minutes to order with 3 customers in the place!

The meals and service were above my expectations. We truly liked the vibes of this restaurant. Superb restaurant to take the family out for dinner.

I ordered the triple plate - beef, bird and sausage. The Bird was dry and the Pastrami was also dry. Kinda tasted like it was frozen and Re-heated. No great sauces provided (just ketchup etc) and to top it all off I had to ask the counter folks to put on a mask. Aint coming back!

last night was our first time we visited this good restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We had a good time with the excellent service, with the great dishes and fine drinks and with the comfortable price. We will definitely come back in a short time.

Starting off with saftey. The trigger word of the year is COVID.@ the time of this crituque writing:Walking into the establishment with a peer, we see hand sanitizer by the door.Glancing at the individual taking the orders and the individuals in the kitchen one can see every visible person wearing a mask.We look towards the walls to see what our menu options are. We start turning around in confusion. We glanced at each other to see if perhaps we missed something that the other person has caught. This is a fast food place and there are no menus on the walls whatsoever. There are 2 stacks of menus with plastic on them. We pick up menus, browse and order.I ask to swipe my card as opposed to handing it off to be swiped. The reply was they have to swipe it.I hand off my card, it is returned to me.As we wait for our food to be made we observe others. Everyone is using same menus we had. The issue is that the menus were never sanitized in between uses.Bottom line is you must get your hands on their physical menu because they do not have one on the walls. You could always opt to look online using your phone. My company and I ordered Texas wranglers. It was a far cry from what this establishment used to produce as a Texas wrangler. When I asked my peer to rate it, he gave it a 3.5. I however will go no higher than three. One thing I can say positive about the berger as a whole is that as a sandwich,it did have volume

We love the food here, enjoy it for over 15 years now. They used to be down the road.

Manager took order. Was very specific. They delivered the order but got it completely wrong. Manager said “I don’t care. Not my problem”.

This spot clearly knows how to treat their customers. Regularly with a friendly mindset. The food is conveniently priced, constantly yummy and clean.

Surely a place worth stopping over, the food is awesome and fresh, the cost is affordable and it is consistently clean there. Fantastic work.

YUCK! Food not at all like the menu promised. Over priced. Terrible taste. Really nothing good to recommend except the fries.I'm not Kosher but eat everything. I wouldn't go here unless you had to eat Kosher. Never again.
