The person who serves the ice cream is very, very, very rude. He shouldn’t be working in a place where people go to get ice cream to feel happy and sweeten their lives.
Horrible service and horrible prices to match. I thought you couldn’t get worse than Dunkin’ Donuts in customer service but these guys have done it

I stopped by for a small ice cream cake. There was a good variety of cakes to choose from and candle selection. The counter person icing piped the writing very nicely and centered.Spacious shop with daily specials for shakes and frozen treats.

This carvel hit my son's birthday cake out of the park! I went in and asked for a Spiderman cake and left it in their hands and it was even better than it could have imagined. Besides how beautiful it was. It was so delicious. I will be back and highly recommend them for an ice cream cake! The details were amazing. They put a 5 and even webs on the corners!

The employee woman with the pink crocs is rude the way she treats customers is awful makes me not even want to get her ice cream from there no more which I've been getting ice cream from Roosevelt for years the manager needs to put them up straight on these employees the way the act like it's not our fault your having a bad day put the BS aside and do your work like everyone else thank you
