Horrible service this is the only carvel place where they don’t allow you to sample the ice cream,I’ve been to many and they all allow you to sample besides this place.When I asked the reason they had no answer. On top of all of that there was a dog running around inside that scared me.

The price listed for a kids cup is $3.99 which is already overpriced. When the woman rang me up, she said my total is $5.28. I asked her why is that my final price if it says $3.99 on the sign? She said that it is more expensive because I did not get soft serve. Is this true? Is it possible that a kids cup costs $5.28 with absolutely no toppings or anything added to it??? I visited a different carvel location 3 days ago and paid $3 for the same exact order. Save your money and do not visit this location!!!!!!

Ice cream was good typical ice cream but the service of the man was rude impatient and unprofessional. I am glad his wife was kind.

Fresh delightful Wednesday two for one Sundays, medium unbelievable with toppings half fine tree when it was 90° outside. The air conditioning inside was beautiful. The staff was very friendly very convenient and very very assisting. I came here by accident on Wednesday and saw the special and fell in love what a great first date place this is chocolate or vanilla or you can get the combination soft ice cream, in this day and age it's wonderful to have a great place and a fun place to go to where you can watch the traffic go by and eat your ice cream and talk come on over and say hello. Five stars excellent

This place definitely needs more cleanliness, more organization, and more staff who know how to serve the public. The ice creams are delicious and too expensive. For this reason, the place requires better customer service and a lot of hygiene??

This place overcharges compared to all the other Carvels within the area, $25 dollars for 3 small cups? The prices wrung up on the register doesn't match the signs. No explanation was given. I would frequent the other Carvels vs this one.
