First time I went to this location the wait was so long just for the boba to taste not even good. I decided to give this place another chance so I went back tdy and I waited a good 6-8 minutes just for my order to not be taken. I'm very disappointed

I bought a cup of green tea with milk cap for 6.8$. The sugar was 7 cents and it was bitter as hell. No sugar was added, right? I drank Chinese medicine directly, and the milk cap was as thin as your life, not as thick as my fingernails. The amount of milk cap provided by your CoCo milk tea shop is half that of other stores. If this is normal, then your store is really awesome. Awesome! ????I want to add more and ask me to pay for it. The whole cup of tea has no sweetness and milky taste except for the bitterness of green tea. If you can’t make it, stop making it and don’t open the store. It’s a disaster. Seeing that you have so many customers, I thought your service was very good. It turns out that you open it in a shopping mall, even if the tea you make is disgusting and tastes bad, and your attitude is not good, there is no shortage of customers.Friends who read this comment of mine, don’t buy his tea with a milk cover. It’s better to go directly to another one. It’s easy to be wrong if you buy it from his store. I’m not exaggerating.

My family and I really enjoyed the product of this business however I always have the bad luck to encounter myself with this rude employee. I have noticed that she is constantly at the business. At the beginning I thought she was being racist however today I realize today that she treats everyone like this. I don’t know if Asian people feel comfortable with her attitude but as Hispanic I always approach her nicely saying “hi!” And she looks at me with this bad staring and it feels uncomfortable like you’re bothering her just by asking for service. Also I thought it was just me but a friend of mine also got the same bad customer service. I never see a manager there or may she is, I don’t know but I think this has to be addressed
