I came here based on the Yelp reviews and pictures. I tried the green tea shaved ice cream and the caramel macchiato. The four stars are for the customer service, ambiance and cleanliness.This is located in a quiet neighborhood... it actually seems kind of too quiet. We didn't even realize that the coffee place is located there.The ice cream was good, not too sweet, which I like. However, it was a HUGE portion and not cheap. Maybe it is meant to be shared, but i feel like they should offer smaller portions. The ice cream fish cone was pretty stale, I was looking forward to eating it. It came with a side of red beans, which I did not touch.The coffee beverages were amazing. I ask for very little caramel and that's what they gave me so I definitely appreciate that. I didn't think to ask if they had alternative milk options such as coconut milk or soy milk.The cafe itself was very clean...including the dining area and bathroom. The staff was very nice. I noticed a lot of people come with their laptops and sit there and enjoy. It has an extension with more seating.I'm not a local so the chances of me coming back are pretty slim, but I would highly recommend this place.

On a cold blistering day. Trying to find a place for a cup of coffee to warm up. Found Coffee Factory going through Yelp reviews. Coffee Factory did not disappoint. Got a Matcha Latte and was really happy just to sit and take a break from old man winter. There were lots of pastries and delectable goodies to purchase. Got a almond croissant, cheese danish and a matcha roll with crème. Definitely be back again to try their other hot drinks. Lots of tables and chairs to sit and get work done. Back room where you can meet others. Nice staff. They take credit cards when you purchase over $8.00. They do not accept discover card. So have extra cash just in case

I like their coffee here but the young girls who work there in the morning are extremely rude. They do not greet me at all and when I ask for something, they seem annoyed. Today I went to get a coffee and the female worker did not say a word until I left the cafe. She needs to get trained on how to greet or interact with customers. Worst customer service ever.

My 5⭐️ is going straight to their ✨shaved ice!I highly recommend the ?persimmon one! It was soooo rich, creamy, and huge. Even hard to finish by 2 people.

I would not go there. They open at 7 am and the lady was so rude. A customer leaves with a purchase, and I’m next on line. A customer was looking at the food, not on the line. She said, “that man is next on line” and refuses to take my order.This is a custom service business, meaning you take the orders and it’s her responsibility to provide according to the order it came in. She rudely said “he’s next.” Horrible customer service. I will never go there again. There are other coffee shops in the area.

Stopped in for a cappuccino. Made it perfectly. What I noticed the most was it was made nice and hot the way I like. A lot of places don’t. They make it warm.
Quiet tables/bars in the back for laptop work, cafe style tables in the front, and small tables outside. $8 credit card minimum. Good price for cafe coffee in the area. Iced latte flavor is ok.

Went in the store around 6:45pm or so to get a cup of mocha frappucino. When I got my order, I took a sip and it tasted like chocolate milk shake. Thought I was wrong, so I took another sip, I confirmed no coffee taste. So I asked the employee who took my order and made it (a guy), if there's any coffee in it. He said , "No. No coffee. It's just chocolate syrup, espresso SYRUP and ice cream." I told him oh this is the first time I had mocha without coffee in it. He just apologized. I left with dissatisfaction and disappointment. The mocha frappe here is basically frigging CHOCOLATE MILK SHAKE LOL!!! I didn't taste any espresso at all because it's just syrup. The whole cup of mocha frappe was full of sweetness. That's all. Not to mention it's super overpriced too. $7.02 including tax. Not again!If you are like me, can't take full cup of coffee, and prefer mocha, Paris Baguette has the best mocha imo. Even the largest size of mocha frappe there is less than $6 (not including tax). Good coffee. I've tried Starbucks in various locations, none of them really tastes good (but at least they're not milk shakes lol). The taste is not standardized among all Starbucks.
