Today at around 2:10pm, my friend and I ordered an Ace coffee and a coffee colatta, both were of very poor quality, because they tasted more like water with sugar and not coffee, we let the employee know. and the only thing he did was change it for another one that was just as bad, with a very rude attitude, it didn't help solve the problem and he ended up stealing the money. A disgusting employee. I don't recommend this place.

Very bad experience. I waited 30 minutes for ice cream. Finally I went to ask for two with two scoop of ice cream.I went collect cream the gave gave me the ice cream because she made mistakes charging one isteed of two. I ask the counter person to give me one more and I going to pay for it but she refuse to do so I keep telling charge for the ice cream but she keep arguing with me. Like she wanna cover herself by saying the I’m @ fault. Never seen the DD staff like this.

Depending of who is your server/cashier it will be the service you will receive. Hope the manager keep a better eye on who is in the desk because courtesy doesn't cost a cent but can help us to enjoy our experience ,more now that 711 just closed. ?

No quality control or English. I can still feel the granulated sugar in my teeth rn and I’m annoyed. I put in for liquid sugar on my mobile order, sipped my IC in store, felt the granular (white devil’s) sugar in my teeth, handed it back to them and asked them to make me my drink how i asked for it, and they made me another IC with granulated sugar which hurts my teeth. Worst of all is they pretend to understand you snd waste your time. The management should be on top of this. Training! Teach them English and understanding customers!
