This point probably reaches the worst level. I visited to buy hot coffee before work in the morning. The store was cramped and small.Service was the worst.I ordered a large size coffee.The staff mistakenly charged me the price for a medium coffee. (The customer may not know the price)However, instead of telling the customer, he pretended to give me a medium-sized coffee and then took it out again.In the end, I was able to get the coffee I wanted only after paying 50 cents more. There was not even an apology for the employee's mistake.

Literally leave this place mad everytime. It was only me in the shop, but I still had to wait 12 mins for an order of black coffee. I was the only customer and there was 3 ladies working at the timeTo draw the scene, I came in and was ignored at the register for about 1 min, I started to order and was waved to be quiet so they can finish their conversation.OrderedTons of people poured in, they started finally working and making drinks. After pushing out 5 online orders that came after me, the ladies asked me what I ordered ... I put in my order again, and she proceeds to make my drink (which took seconds)-I left instantly in a terrible mood. They aren't there to service you, they don't like you, and don't care for your business.Advice, order online and pick up. Best way to not interact with them and still get your coffee.

Don't even bother, they got trashy service and made my drink wrong, they wouldn't even get me my right drink when I asked. Also what I found to be crazy is that when there was a bit of a line they started asking and giving you your drink before you go up to pay.

I have been coming here lately and they treat me like I don't exist the cashiers greet other people and pretend they don't see me.Not looking to be greeted:I would like to make my order and leave. I dont come to dunkin donuts for friendship,some people are like that but iam not.These people need to be professional and stop personalizing everything.Just do your job!

I am a human with only two hands. How can I take the tray and bag if I am not given? Do the employees inside just chat by themselves and ignore the customers?

Went in at 4:30 am on a Wednesday morning. Only to be told by the lady (with an attitude) that they weren't opened , but until 15, 20 minutes... when the sign clearly says open @ 4:30 AM .

Little place tucked away right next to the subway. Orders placed through the app are fulfilled quick and are usually ready for pickup by the time you arrive.However one time I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. The bagel was toasted but they didn't bother heating up anything else. Meaning what I got was a warm bagel with a cold sausage, egg, and unmelted cheese. Not sure how they managed to do this.

If you get a chance to visit this chain, make sure to ask your drink from her. She cares to listen to your request and knows exactly how to provide the best service to make your day. Just love her hospitality and thoughtfulness.
