There was a waitress in her 20s who was wearing a mask and had dark skin. Her face was as bad as if she was dead. Her service attitude was as if she owed her millions. If she was one of my employees, I would have fired her the same day if I saw her. The store it runs, a lowly species like this, should take its turn.

This is a pretty big bakery chain, but they usually have a great assortment of pastries, which I'm a huge fan of. I came in the afternoon, and there wasn't really a big crowd around. A couple of people were sitting inside, but there were still a fair number of seats open, which is nice if you're looking to catch a breath. I came to grab my classic buns, the pork floss bun. I've recently gone to search for the best spot to get this as my old regular location has closed. This spot's prices are very classic, and the bun itself was nice and soft, which is what I expected. However, the flavors of the pork floss was off. It was a little too salty, and almost had this slight funkiness to it, which is very different from the buns I'm used to elsewhere, which has a good balance of savory and sweet. It made this bun not as tasty, and I was left unimpressed.

Come here for a hidden Gem. If you love sesame balls , they have the best! I mean it’s freshly made daily and for you early birds, it’s crispy, doughy at the same time. With it covered in sesame and generously filled red bean. Your mouth will thank you! This item is always sold out before noon, so if you are an addict like me, come early!

The workers had an attitude. The worker screamed at me. They also screamed at me over a 10 cent bag. Bad customer service!!! ? The picture shown below, shows that they didn’t provide me a bag.

Worker was rude. Didn’t even ask me what i wanted to write on my cake. Rushed me, didn’t ask if i wanted a bag before paying. Tried to charge me 10¢ over a paper bag and ripped it away from me when i didn’t have change. I paid with card and it was my birthday. Worst experience ever would not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated with an attitude. Plus there was a dead fly under the bread tray. absolutely disgusting

Been coming here for years. Everything is good here, although they seem to skimp on meats in the buns compared to back in the day. I get it though, cost are up so to keep pricing fair they have to cut somewhere. Over all a classic chinese bakery

My friends and I wanted to get some breakfast during our break in class and decided to visit this bakery. We picked up some things to eat when we Just saw a baby roach crawling near the food . We instantly put back our food and left the bakery

Really good no-frills, Taiwanese style bakery chain. They sell out of some hot items QUICK. I've tried their curry puff pastries, mango mochi, chicken sandwiches, egg tarts, taro puffs and sticky rice. That with some refreshing soy milk. Makes for quick breakfast, lunch, or snack. I've had bubble tea here and it is nothing to write home about. Also there's PLENTY of other places to get bubble tea in the area. It's Flushing so cash is king, but this place now has $10 minimum for card. The ladies behind the counter are always nice and efficient.

Went in the early evening to pick up a few things for my mom.. luckily this location still had her favorites do I didn't have to find another bakery... coconut bun, egg tart.. lotus seed cake. Still a good amount of bread/pastries at the end of the day. They were already cleaning up, but a few customers were sitting inside.

The service attitude is disgusting. I don’t know how their business is managed. Although there are many stores, the service attitude of the employees in each store is so rubbish that it can’t be rubbish. It’s not an exaggeration at all. They don’t understand respect, let alone what it means Food and clothing parents, wish them go bankrupt soon

Probably the bakery with the worst attitude in Flushing
