I saw a picture of a sesame chicken and was look delicious and they send me this the chicken was brown all dry I didn’t eating because was looking disgusting ? I post 1 star because a wasn’t the option for 0 I wasted my money on this ?

I walked in, gave my order, sat down, and waited. Three minutes later another customer walks in and orders, leaves a few minutes later. I sat there patiently and alone in the front of the cold store and wasted over 20 minutes of my life I could have been going somewhere else to eat because they never bothered to put the order in and just let me sit there like a fool, a great way to lose a customer that enjoyed their food in the past. If you want to be treated like you exist then walk on by and go to Li Wan down the street.

I can't imagine how this place is still open. All their food is garbage...if you can screw up chicken and broccoli you shouldn't be in business. This place does not care at all what they serve to their customers. Trash at the highest level!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I called in for delivery and I'monly 2 blocks away from them. I work around the area and wanted something different other than BK. Last time I ordered, it took over an hour to deliver. I call to let them know my food was cold. They said the next time I ordered, they'll give me a discount. I called again 3 weeks later for delivery and let them know I have a discount, they said okay and they'll deliver. Almost an hour passes, still waiting, and I wanted to know the status of it, only to be told that my food was never made and they WON'T deliver to my address. I asked why and the excuse was because of the discount they can't deliver. I even went to ask them, can I meet you halfway? They said no. I worked in the food industry and when a problem like that happens, I call the customer to let them know of the situation. Why say, you'll deliver when you won't even make the food? Why make a customer think that the food is being made that entire time? I've never had a problem with them until now.
