i haven’t ordered from this place in over a year because of the horrible rotten tasting cheese. today i decided to give it another shot hoping it was just a bad night, nope! the cheese on the pizza still tastes rotten and expired. the wings i ordered had no sauce on them, but was sitting in a puddle of oil and what looked to be curdled cheese (which turns out was actually the buffalo sauce). every bite of the wings filled my mouth with even more oil. at this point in time i feel sick to my stomach and i will absolutely never order from here again. save your stomach, get xtra cheese!

Ordered a simple cheese pie and received what seems to be expired cheese couldn’t stomach anything else after and the wings my fiancé ordered came with a puddle of oil underneath. Inside the wing were globs of oil also. Buffalo sauce looks like curdled cheddar cheese.

I was here as recently as 2 weeks ago, the pizza was okay but not great. And judging by the recent reviews, I suspect Fratelli's has changed ownership.

The pizza guy is extremely rude to people! Please don't forget that you are in the service industry!

Good example of a New York style pie; thin crust, excellent sauce, crispy around edges, and within range of the proper sauce/crust/cheese ratio. Although the cheese was a little heavier, it did not detract my taste buds into thinking this was anything but good NYC pizza. It could have been a little crisper underneath, but that's because it wasn't quite reheated enough. Way to go here is an 18" whole pie to go.

The pizza is AMAZING. But everytime i place an order for DELIVERY, i have to go downstairs and pick it up. I take care of my sick grandmother and cannot leave her unattended. I mention this everytime i place my order and i ALWAYS end up arguing with the delivery guy about it. How ridiculous is it that i pay a tip for delivery and still have to leave my house to get my food. Before covid this was not an issue. They got way too comfortable leaving orders at the doorstep or lobby. Its such a shame especially because their food is so good. Will not be ordering delivery from this place EVER again. Its too much of a hastle. All the chinese food guys and doordash and uber eats guys seem to make there way to my door no problem. If theres no parking, thats not my issue its NYC, there should be a delivery note on your vehicle that will state youll be back shortly.Stop being lazy and expecting a tip.

I never review food places but this pizza was exceptionally bad. There was way to much cheese on the pizza as the cheese almost fell completely off after trying to grab a slice. The dough was tough and everything was greasy. I cannot believe a place that's been open this long can serve pizza like that.

I’m not really the type to leave a bad review since I’ve worked in the service industry before and I know it can be tough. But, I ordered delivery from here (the pizza is great and my family loved it) and the guy over the phone confirms my address and it is correct. So I’m waiting for the pizza and then I get an angry phone call from a girl cursing at me to open the lobby door to my apartment. I’m confused since I never heard a doorbell ring so I wasn’t sure why she was angry. I hear her on my floor talking to someone else and I step out to correct her, saying that the order was for me. I check the paper and the original guy had written my address incorrectly despite verbally saying the correct one.I understand there was a misunderstanding, but I don’t appreciate nor do I condone the behavior of the delivery girl. I understand the situation was frustrating for her. But as a customer and as someone who had no idea what was happening while waiting for the food, I don’t think she displayed any respect nor did she apologize. The pizzeria called me later because they had also lost my card information to pay for the pizza as well and then I told them nicely what happened. All they said was “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll take care of it.” It’s really disappointing and upsetting that this happened since I just wanted to unwind with my family after a long day, and I almost didn’t tip her either but I still did anyways. I hope that in the future the workers are more careful with how they treat their customers and with precious information like credit card numbers.
