Gong Cha is still my favorite bubble tea spot. The quality of the tea is very good and their drinks almost always are delicious. My new favorite is the iced tea and coffee combo with boba and milk foam!!! It’s a small shop so get ready to take your drink to go.

Small seating area and the staff there just look pissed ? I guess it’s the typical Flushing customer service attitude.

The waiters here change frequently and will not make it according to your request. The milk tea and pearls are not as good as before.

THE WORST ATTITUDE IN TOWNThey won’t be seeing me there ever again. I would have given them 4 starts if the milk tea was good but even the Earl grey milk tea I order tasted funny, made me abit sick honestly.

Customer service can be improved. Drinks are fine Orders have been made incorrectly and when confronted, they double down that they are correct.

The cashier and barista took my order, misheard me about every part of the order but that was okay and not an issue I was okay with repeating for him to make sure I had it right. After confirming the order was still wrong because they gave me tea instead of the milk tea I asked for. I told them I ordered a milk tea and he accused me of ordering a regular tea while in mandarin cussing me out to his coworkers and complaining that I keep ordering wrong (I’m chinese but they probably didn’t know). then while laughing he asked me 4 times if i was sure im getting a milk tea.

I ordered an Ai-yu black tea today. I tried to finish my drink but there were a lot of Ai-yu at the bottom of the cup. So I opened the cover to scoop up the Ai-yu and I saw a big dead black ant within the pieces of Ai-yu. I felt disgusted now after drinking almost all of the tea. There is no hygiene in the location. Terrible!! Should have a health inspector check the store.

Being one of the closest bubble tea spots near me it's my go-to. Reliable and decent. GongCha being a big chain has made its mark. Im sure there are other decent spots but you can never go wrong with the passion fruit bubble tea whenever in need of a treat. It's a small shop to just grab and go although they do offer a table to stand/lean on to have your drink inside. It's perfect treat before you're commute. Ambiance isn't instagrammable again a good grab and go spot for boba while in flushing. Service is moderate nothing memorable imo but I haven't had a bad encounter with the staff & my drinks have always been steady.

This place specifically has the worst looks from workers I've ever seen. I dont mean they were not friendly, they looked like I owed them money especially the one lady.

The customer service at this place is terrible. Today, I ordered a drink and specifically asked for it without ice. However, when the drink was prepared, it still had a thick layer of ice on top. I informed the staff about my request and even showed them the note on my order that clearly stated "no ice." They briefly glanced at my drink and proceeded to shake it a few times, claiming that there was no ice left. However, there were still ice cubes in the drink, despite their insistence otherwise. The staff should refrain from being clever and consider that customers may have medical issues preventing them from consuming icy drinks.

There’s no way when you’re sealing up the drink, you don’t check if the seal is ripped or not. I noticed this after I poked my straw. If another customer shook their drink, there would’ve been a spillage.
