I'm not sure if the two workers here are couple. I used to come here for pastries but the last time I came to this bakery, The man who asked for my order gave me the wrong one. I ordered Hot coffee and he kept repeating it many times. I thought we were clear. In the end he gave me hot tea. And he kept insisting I said tea. Omg! He was somewhat having episode or something else. could never trust this place anymore. They still charged me for their mistake and tried to be sneaky.He seemed to be disoriented and i'm not sure if he was deaf or due to age he got confused with my order. Plus he had the audacity to insist that i ordered tea. I don't like their tea in the first place. Don't come here. The two workers here are sneaky and have some issues.

Staff very unfriendly. I asked if I could pay with card, instead of just saying yes or no, i was constantly asked what was I paying for without explanation. Ordered a BLT. Well below average. Spent about $7 here. I may as well have gone to McDonalds down the road. Definitely not recommended.

Do not go there unless you want to have your bagels made with unprofessional people who don't wear gloves and touch your bagels barehanded. Wear no masks unless handling food and when they wear gloves they reuse the same glove over and over the whole day God forbid you have an allergy they don't care. Most importantly don't bring your outside garbage in because the rude woman at the counter will tell you about yourself like the garbage was even changed. At 8am 2/3 full garbage and my small bag of garbage was really making it worse. She is very rude and the man is very lazy. I am a customer who comes three times a week and is never treated with respect but today was the last straw. My coworkers will know about what's going on and won't go there anymore. Dunkin donuts is a few doors down we won't be missing breakfast especially dealing with an attitude every time. Don't waste your time here!
I did not like their microwaved chicken cutlet sandwich. Their cookies and pastries look good.

Nice people working here. They microwaved the egg sandwich, but they tell you beforehand. It was 7 in the morning and a lady with a cigarette was yelling at me outside, which made my trip there interesting and worthwhile. Then she walked inside and started yelling at them. I felt bad, they must deal with a lot. Grab a bite here, support them.

Awesome pretzel rolls. Bigger then the usual size. Very friendly staff. Actually going there tomorrow morning. Can’t wait.

I don’t like their preparation. Heats all food in microwave and iced coffee was just a pre-made mixture rather than authentic brew. The sole worker there was also somewhat rude.
