I love this one! It's located in the basement in new world mall. The slushy's are always soo good. I also like the teas. The people that work here are always so fast and are very helpful. Yesterday I tried the white grape slush and it was really good. I've been going here way more than tiger sugar and that says a lot. I think mainly because these are not as filling and I can have my food because sometimes it's too spicy but this helps and I can finish my meal as well. Very clean and have many options.

The one thing that never changed here is the blatant lack of customer service dished out by usually their female staffs at the cash register taking orders. Never ceased to amaze how consistently rude they are. This is not one person but many different generations throughout the years. Your management ought to improve on this.

King Fu Tea always has unpredictable tastes, even you ordered the same thing every time. This location of Kung Fu Tea is bad. I ordered Long Jujube Tea , no taste and feel like drinking water. Super amount of ice. I would just walk to another Kung Fu Tea in this area.Good luck, not worth your money

Been here many times over the yrs. Customer service can be better. Anyway, got a passionfruit green tea with mango popping boba last time. It was almost $5. I feel like the green tea overpowered the passionfruit cuz I didn't taste much of the latter.

I order drinks from this location 5 days a week and usually, they will do a good job, but occasionally they will mess up my drink. When I order a double bubble and didn't get it when they give me someone else drink and the next day all they had to say is sorry without replacing it. They will leave a lot of empty space in the large drink. Today I paid for double bubbles and didn't get it.

I haven't been to this location in awhile, ive been getting purple rice yogurt drinks instead of bubble tea. This location has gone downhill. I got a kung fu milk tea with boba, 30% sugar and less ice. It was annoying to watch the girl make my drink and they don't even put it in the shaking machine anymore. When did they stop doing that? The milk tea was sooo sweet like it was full suger and the worst part is the boba were so hard. I could barely suck it up the straw and literally just a clump of hard boba leftover. I don't think I'll be back.

Just had a bad experience today. My drinks treated differently. I ordered 3 large strawberry lemon green tea with 50% sugar and less ice and to be shared with my sisters. When I brought it home, I realized that their color looks differently, 2 light pink and the other one was barely the same color where I usually got form Kung Fu tea. For those light pink color drink ... well! I don't understand why those drink were tasted watery, less strawberry syrup and even wasn't taste like green tea. It tasted like lemon + water with very less sugar and give a light pink color where u can't event taste strawberry flavor.It tasted very sour! Strawberry lemon green tea is one of my favorite drink from here. But this is the 1st time I had this nasty drink. Maybe their ingredients out of stock or maybe the barista is new，she tried to fit 3 large drinks in a 2 cups bag. I asked her to give me a 4 cups bag to prevent leaks if I carrying with 2 cups bag. Then, she gave me a dirty look lol . Over all, the quality for today's 8/21/2021 visit, sucks. Maybe I should get back to new world mall lol. Total of $16.97 for the drinks, one of my sister just tossed it, and the other one she drank half and switched to soda =D

The Kung Fu Milk initially tasted milky and had a fragrant, floral aftertaste. The bubbles were sweet but some of them were hard - we think it's because they were made too long ago.

Convenient to quickly pop into the bakery next door or pick up some dim sum in the adjacent stalls while the drink is being made.
