The quality of goods at that place is excellent, but unfortunately, the female staff behind the counter are not very friendly. They seem to prefer chatting among themselves rather than assisting customers. While I used to be a frequent customer, I've now reduced my visits and only return occasionally. It's disappointing to note that the level of customer service hasn't improved; it's still quite poor. Interestingly, on rare occasions when male workers are present, they tend to be more helpful and attentive.

I ordered two lemon honey green tea this morning 11/29/23, but the young lady may forgets to add honey on it or it may be too little, and I can not even taste it, the tea was getting sour. I was calling to explain she may forget, but her attitude was so rude and she hung up on me. The store manager should be training her how to do the customer services.

Today I ordered a purple mousee cake, but the person wrapped up a small cake that looks like a sheep. I didn’t get to see the cake, until I left, so I didn’t know. Please be careful when you shop here, I just wasted some of my money.

Fantastic cake and service, I got the mango peach cake with berries. The cake also came with a plastic cake cutter, mini plates with mini forks, and some candles. The French baguette was ok. The bacon cheese bread was a bit greasy, but the other pastries were 4 or 5 star.

We ate and drank here for breakfast! Loved the Display of desserts and loved how they're individually wrapped! They have a variety of desserts and drinks to include teas and coffees. I ordered a lemony honey oolong tea and picked up a pork and cheese bun. Delicious and the teas was amazing! Chill ambiance, quick service, and nice people.

I'm a foodie I traveled to taste food from different cultures but today I had a sweet tooth I purchased a cake and a bag of chocolate cookies, the Cookies was old and stale like they been sitting there for years and the cake was decent TMI it gave me diarrhea
