Small Asian supermarket that expanded their offerings to more than just seafood this year. They carry most basic Asian cooking staples (sauces, tofu, fresh/dried/instant noodles, rice, etc.) along with a small assortment of fresh pre-packaged Asian vegetables (Napa cabbage, bok choy, etc.). There is also a very small freezer selection of frozen dumplings, vegetables, scallion pancakes, and the like. Rego Seafood Supermarket (or R&B Seafood Supermarket, which is what the large sign outside says) is an Asian grocery store that sells fresh fish. There are some interesting products here. Most packaged items have English and Chinese writing on them. There are a few Japanese foods as well. A few packets of raw chicken were past their sell-by date. $10 credit card minimum.

Convenient Chinese Supermarket in the heart of Rego Park. Has many items in stock that you would need on a dime without even setting foot in Elmhurst or Flushing. Small enough to get what you need and leave without walking an entire length of a regular supermarket. Has fresh meats and seafood section too!! The outside is deceiving. Much more inside than you think!
