Overpriced bbt. Would rather have paid the same price point for something more unique. This location was especially a dud as the blonde haired kid took his sweet time to serve me my drinks that were already prepared and waiting to be handed to me. Do better my friend.

I was very angry. I ordered low-sugar lemon green tea three times in a week. Both times, I was given a super sweet pure tea without lemon. Another time I was given a tea which I had never had. OMG! Can you guys worry a little bit? !

If you don't speak Chinese, prepare to have problems with your in-person order because they do not speak English here and will likely mess up your order. I was looking at the menu when another woman ahead of me was already having problems. I thought ok, maybe just her bad luck. When it was my turn, I ordered a medium matcha milk tea with bubbles. Pretty simple order. It cost $6.25, paid cash and the cashier shortchanged me. Whatever, I'm not pinching pennies but don't think I didn't notice. They make my drink and when they're about to put the plastic cover on, I notice no bubbles. I stopped the girl and said I asked for bubbles. She sloppily poured out some liquid to add bubbles and made a mess. Then charged me another $0.75. So $7 for a simple drink that I usually get for $6.10 through the app. Ripoff and poor service. Not worth the hassle for a drink you can get anywhere nowadays.

I have a bone to pick with the manager at this Kung Fu tea location. Usually I get a okay experience at Kung Fu tea location but this one might be the worst interactions I ever had. I ordered a Wintermelon tea with no ice and they gave me ice by accident so I proceeded to ask the manager that they made a mistake and what he did was rip off the sticker lid pour out the ice along with part of drink and then just added water. When I asked is that how they make the drink he said yeah how else do you make it and then proceeded to give me attitude that I don't know what I was talking about. I guess if I'm paying for water I'll just take my business somewhere else, like my sink, and leave this one star review for kungfultea to contemplate whether if they really know how to make drinks at all at this location. I escalated to corporate and they brush me off a side like a leaf in the wind. They might claim that they make fresh tea every 2 hours, but I'm serving them some of my own tea in this review, you suck at provide a service that people pay a premium for. Stick with Starbucks they know how to treat a customer right and it cost about the same.

Very good bubble tea. I tried the oreo wow which isn't typically what I would order but I had to try it. So worth it!
Always an excellent bubble tea! They quality is phenomenal and the fact that they have many flavors is excellent. Their king fu flavor is a strong black tea. It’s so good. The boba (tapioca pearls) are super fresh and chewy as well.

Really disappointed with my current order. I order bubble tea before but todays order was awful. The one I got tasted like it was a leftover with no ice and bubbles. It was room temperature too.
