The passion fruit green tea was full of foam. My mouth was full of foam when I drank it. The straw was cracked and my tongue was cut.

Kung fu tea chain is one if my favs but last night i was one of the last couple of customers at this location and I gotta say the workers were pretty rude, they sounded annoyed by us plus we even said thank u bye and got no reply at all. Added to this i had a Toffee Thai Tea first time trying it and It is currently 4:30 am , I’ve been throwing up since 11:30 pm. I wonder if they had the ingredients sitting around or what. My friends had other type of drinks and they were fine but I’m sure this something they used for this was spoiled. Would not be returning to this location anymore. We were still within the time to buy and after like 8 years of loving kung fu tea I can’t believe I am sick after having it.

It can be said to be a shady store. My daughter and I saw a 4-yuan fruit milk tea promotion outside the store, so we went in and asked, and got a positive answer. Then the clerk turned around and walked away. When we waited until she came back to place an order, we were told that this was only milk tea and there was no such thing. If you want the pearls or coconuts in the picture, you have to add 0.75. We said no problem, and then she talked about a lot of things that were available and not available for about 2 or 3 minutes. After finally paying the bill, we found that every The cup was 5.25 plus 0.75. When I asked her what was going on, she said that the price of 4 yuan was only available before 5 o'clock. Looking at the time on the mobile phone, it was 5:03, which meant that we did not notice the small print on the poster, but the clerk said when we asked They deliberately delayed us to pay after 5 o'clock, and then asked them but ignored them. The milk tea was also abnormally sweet, and the pearls and coconuts were hard. I won’t go there again. It seems that this boss doesn’t want to be a repeat customer. He keeps cheating me one by one! I want to give a negative score, because even if I give it one star, I don’t know what aspects of them deserve it, but the system doesn’t allow comments if it doesn’t give a star.

I ordered through the self ordering station which was quick and easy. Ordered a mango milk tea with 30% sweetness, brown sugar wow, boba, and a regular amount of ice. Nice they give you options of how much or no ice you want. Not exactly sure what "brown sugar wow" is, I'm guessing cooked brown sugar based off from the internet says. Well whatever it is, I'm glad I got it. Definitely adds a nice sweetness and caramel like flavor. The amount of boba was perfect and I'm surprised it was warm! The drink itself was still cold thankfully. I really liked the drink, except the fact it didn't taste like mango. It just tasted like a sweet regular milk tea. The mango milk tea needed to taste like actual mango and it would have been great if it had pieces of real mango fruit.

I ordered bubble tea with 30% sweetness only, what I saw is they just made my order with normal process without doing anything changes. The cashier has a bad attitude, the bubble is hard to chew.Flushing has a lot of milk tea stores nearby, don’t go here.

I love this one! It's located in the basement in new world mall. The slushy's are always soo good. I also like the teas. The people that work here are always so fast and are very helpful. Yesterday I tried the white grape slush and it was really good. I've been going here way more than tiger sugar and that says a lot. I think mainly because these are not as filling and I can have my food because sometimes it's too spicy but this helps and I can finish my meal as well. Very clean and have many options.

My last experience was horrible. The girl behind the register was extremely rude. I asked her for a mango green tea with mango popping boba and she just had the worst attitude and body language and said “we don’t have mango boba”. She was also screaming “next!” to every customer like she had power. Apparently, her t-shirt had “team trainer” on it which is an embarrassment. Go to the other Kung Fu locations nearby that are worth your time and money.

Always love to get my boba from here. My favorite is oreo milk tea and their new strawberry milk tea! I especially enjoy TKK being available at this location too.

The one thing that never changed here is the blatant lack of customer service dished out by usually their female staffs at the cash register taking orders. Never ceased to amaze how consistently rude they are. This is not one person but many different generations throughout the years. Your management ought to improve on this.

It's your run of the mill bubble tea spot. The prices are average. I like that you can choose the amount of sugar and ice (zero, less, half, etc.). This particular location is in a food court so depending on the time it can be a bit of a wait.
