En route to a Mets game grabbing assorted eats-to-go in downtown Flushing. Entered the spacious New York Food Court and spotted Lanzhou Hand Pulled Noodles. Recalled that Lanzhou cuisine was similar to Xi'an and have been a fan of Xi'an Famous Foods since they opened years ago in Manhattan. With noodles potentially a difficult item to eat in the Citi Field stands, decided to order a $7 Lamb "Burger," also recalling Xi'an's tasty cumin seasoned ones. Similarly spiced and pieces of meat vs. a formed burger, Lanzhou's was absolutely flavorful, but the stiff bun, which reminded me of an extremely dense, untoasted English muffin, fought the meat. (See pic.) That being said, would definitely come back to try next time Lanzhou's hand pulled noodles.

The noodles are house made and cooked to order. Noodles are hand pulled and you can watch the workers make the noodles fresh! The knife cut noodles are my favorite but the hand pulled noodles is just as good. Noodles have incredible chew and the beef shank is nice and tender and the broth is flavorful yet simple. Their pickled vegetables on the side is amazing and their chili crisp is not spicy but fragrant. Portions are good but price has gone slightly up. My favorite noodle shop in Flushing

SO GOOD AND SO CHEAP!! I got their #4 noodle (beef flank noodle soup) with an egg and it came out to $10.50. It came with a wonderful broth, really yummy noodles, and a decent amount of meat and bok choy. The egg was definitely worth it ($1 extra) as it was super flavorful. The lady running the cash register was a bit impatient/no frills, but I think that was to be expected. It's located in the food court of the New World Mall, which was pleasantly clean and spacious.

Great noodles! Only $8.50, so cheap but you get so many noodles!! The tea egg was FANTASTIC. Also came out within 2-3 min, it was so fast. The meal was solid, not amazing, but still pretty good

Little soup shop in the New World Mall. The hand pulled noodles were really nice and chewy and bouncy. They give you alot of noodles. The soup was on the salty side for me. The lamb meat was super tender. My lunch mate's noodles were a little clumped together even after stirring several times in the hot soup. He also didn't enjoy the abundance of cilantro.

This is one of my favorite go-to places in Flushing. Somehow my partner and I always find ourselves craving their noodles. Our favorites are beef stew and roasted duck! Unfortunately, this business only accepts cash but luckily you can order off UberEats if you really have to! The food is always out fast yet it never sacrifices the quality. If you visit the store itself rather than ordering online, you'll be able to see them hand pull the noodles right in front of you too! Highly recommend this restaurant.

A small restaurant with pleasant food and considerable price. The ramens and rice are all served in one use container as the spoons and chopsticks are also one use.One dish typically cost 10 dollar, and they all tastes nice, with much meat in it.The only problem is that all soup for all dishes tastes exactly the same.Dietary restrictions: Although it’s supposed to be a Lanzhou beef noodle store, it still sells pork.

Life is Short, F….it up! Family, Friends, FlavorIf you’re ever in Flushing, go to the new world mall, go downstairs and you will find this place. Although it is a food court, it’s a food court of all different types of Asian cuisine. They were pulling the noodles right in front of you and cooking each bowl With fresh noodles. I got the lamb hand pulled noodles for the soup. You know you’re getting something special when you first put into the needle and you feel that texture and the chewing us with the other does able to absorb the flavor of the soup with every bite.
