I’m so sad that this place was closed down, I really wanted to try Lobster Roll Factory. I wonder when they will reopen again. And I’m wondering why they were show as open on Google Maps and Yelp, because I was told they had shut down a long time ago.

Cuisine: 6 Service: 6 Decor: 5 Value: 7 Overall: 6 Not a bad lobster roll, but not a very good one either. When they first opened, I would have given it possibly 4 stars based on the reasonable pricing, especially with the free NE clam chowder with Yelp check. However, I feel that they not only have raised the price, but also skimped a bit on lobster meat on my recent visits. Still a decent deal, but not as great as before. Below are my pros and cons from my last time dining there. Pros: - Choice of warm or cold - Several options for flavored mayo - Wasabi mayo was interesting - Priced well for what it is Cons: - slightly overcooked, a bit chewy - Wish I could taste lobster in every bite - Need to improve on the bread - Waited 25 mins for my order I really hope they hear my plea and improve on their shortcomings. It's hard to gain a loyal customer, but once you lose them, they usually don't come back. I will probably give them one more chance.

You can order at the stall next to lobster roll factory. Great rolls lots of lobster for about $22. Great bread.

So...just got back, and guys, don’t trust the picture here.Look what I paid for 20 for “lobster roll”Why not just call it “vegetable roll” instead?

When I found this place on Yelp, I was excited at the prospect of a lobster roll place nearby in Queens NY. Though the service was average, the lobster roll did not meet any foodie expectations. This is a very delayed posting and not even sure this business survived the pandemic and shocked if it did.

Ordered lobster salads from this place. Very small portion, very few veg, VERY little lobster for $20 salad.

Skimpy serving, did not taste fresh. The food was made fresh however it didn't seem to be the best quality.

The lobster roll was not very good. The place is next to a tater tots place and we got some real good food there. The guy that was working at the lobster place was also running the tater tot place. They skimp on the lobster, the bread is not good. I wouldn't return

I understand the product and picture would be different..but, man, this is wayyyy different. I probably found only like 5 tiny piece of Lobster inside my roll. Which cost me about 21 bucks! Should have call this vegetable roll instead.

This place is amazing! While I appreciate the constructive criticism of other customers, I think that taking out one star because "the bread did not have butter" is a little ridiculous. Full five stars for this place, amazing food, their lobster roll is a must try, great seating down stairs and up stairs, also their ginger root beer soda is the best I have had. I advise anyone that lives in Flushing or nearby to try it at least once.

Ordered the meal combo ( $22 / lobster biguette + tater tots + drink) for lunch at 2pm on a Thursday. Staff were friendly, no line to order, and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. The lobster "roll" is a long toasted biguette(hero bread, sort of) first filled with mixed spring salad, then topped off with some lobster and then mayo of your choice. I chose Sriracha. Greens were fresh and abundant, lobster not so much. Lobster was also room temperature. Sriracha Mayo gave a hint of spice and paired well. Tator tots weren't anything special except they weren't overly fried nor greasy. A good amount of pieces to dip into your choice of Mayo sauce. I chose wasabi flavor and it went well together. Washed everything down with a Ginger brew soda. Really boosted the Wasabi effect and reset the tongue's taste budds. The hype is a big lobster roll for good pricing - but it's misleading. Lobster meat portion is on the lower end, giving you a mouthful of bread and salad. Would rather pay the $22 dollars for a stuffed hotdog bun. Good to check out if in or nearby the area.
