I've been a longtime patron of this restaurant, but the recent decline in food quality has left me quite disappointed. The fish soup, which used to be a favorite, was a letdown this time. It felt like I was drinking water with a hint of fish broth, signaling a significant departure from the better quality meals I used to enjoy.As about to pay for the food I was given two sets of recipes . One would be for the customer and the other one is for the merchant to sign . The customer copy did not included the full description of my order . I just included the total plus of I want it to add a tip . The merchants receipt with customer sign for had a same copy that was given to me o. The top bit staple under was the detail receipt of my order . As a usual I add my tip accordantly but seduced to look under for the full description of my order and noticed that the total that I was going to sing for had the tip already included which was more than my 18% . I felt that this is sneaky to include a suggested tip from the restaurant and hide the breakdown behind the receipt for the customers to included an additional tip without knowing if they don’t check the details . I thought about this for a minute since I came the night before for dinner and now I realized why mi bill was so hi

The soup is very poor in vegetables, sancocho I has 2 platanos pieces, 1 potato and broth, this place was great about 5 years ago now it needs a new chef.

Lastimosamente es un restaurante muy a la antigua y por cuestión de economizar gastos, descuidan a la clientela. La comida muy rica pero desde ayer estoy llamando y reciben la llamada y cuelgan o aveces repica y ya está es ocupada. Hago esto con el sentido de que hayan mejorías , ya que es uno de los restaurantes como más antiguos qué hay en la Northe BLV y la 84.

I love the chicharron here. Very thick and comes with the bone. I’ve only had the bandeja which does not disappoint.
The servers were rude when I tried to explain them that Nyc human rights it doesn't require any more to show the identification card or other documentation for service animals I have to leave the restaurant because I didn't have the card with me, we couldn't stay my dog and entire family including my grandma that is 80 years old.

The daily soup and beans plate was delicious. The side dish that came with the soup which was white rice, cabbage salad and white beans was a little salty. The chicharrón was very oily and fatty.
