Amazing pizza. Friendly staff who went the extra mile for us, visitors from out of town. As we ordered take-out, they were kind enough to tape the box for us which kept the warmth in. House pie is a great deal. Tastes amazing even after cooling down. Will definitely be back.

My girl has been telling me for a while this is her fav pizza spot and I finally gave in. If you want a real good thin New York slice, you have to stop here! Very packed, but for a good reason.

I've been a huge fan of Lucia Pizza has been a staple in my life for years and I was so happy to get a chance to stop by recently! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and made me feel right at home when they served up some of my favorite childhood classics. I grabbed a regular slice, a beef patty and some garlic knots and each item was just as delicious as I remembered. Not to mention, their sauce is as authentic as it comes. Seriously, it should be jarred! I highly recommend stopping by!

Aside from the do it yourself (musical chairs style)- dining (humbles you) the owner is hilarious and personable with all the customers making eating out a humanistic approach to humor and social anti anxiety

Ordered a medium pie to go at 5:12pm. The woman at the counter said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I go to the store and come back in 20 minutes, wait another 5 and ask if my order was being worked on. A new woman this time, who didn't seem to bright in the head, assured me it was. Around 5:43pm I ask again and she says it will be about 15 minutes. Weird thing it this place is usually packed but there were not many people there so didn't understand why it was taking so long, especially when I was told 20 minutes when I placed the order. Eventually my 8 year old son called my cell and asked why it was taking so long for me to bring his pizza and I replied very loud so the employees could hear that I have been waiting 40 minutes and I am pretty sure they forgot my order. Then I see one of the cooks hear me he finally asks what kind of pizza and I tell him. 15 minutes later my pizza finally comes out and the cook apologized. He did try but the front counter staff was totally worthless. Not going back for a while due to such rotten service.

The pizza at Lucia Pizza is super delicious and reasonably priced. The regular pizza only has a simple combination of cheese and red sauce. As soon as I took the bite, I was given a pizza slap bigger than my face, which made me swoon in admiration.

Could be so much better. Everything I get two slices to go it breaks in half. There's no reason the cheese should completely slide off and make it feel like I'm biting into a hot pocket. I've gone to the place multiple times over the past 3 years. I've always tryed to give them a chance and yet they always let me down. I really hate to see places close down from my childhood but idk how they're still making money. Champion pizza down the block, Kennedy fried chicken on Northern and even Daro's on Kissena is better. Please do better. I would love to go to the old/always been there pizzeria than anywhere else.

Don't look down on something just because it's cheap. Every time I used the subway, the store was always crowded with people. I heard from someone I already knew that this place was delicious, but there was always a long waiting line to get into the store, so I gave up. It was a rainy day. Maybe it was because of the weather, but there were few people. I was finally able to get my hands on this pizza. Many people ordered slice pizza, but I ordered a large whole pizza and brought it home. They bake it and serve it right in the open kitchen where you can watch it being made. I ordered a large pizza and waited about 20 minutes. Plain pizza is the standard here, and there is an additional charge for each topping added. I think it was about $24 with the pepperoni added. Red pepper powder, cheese, special sauce, and even disposable plates are provided. Even though it was busy, the friendly staff responded and my mood improved. The pizza was savory and delicious. It felt a little salty for my taste, but my son said it was delicious. All American food is too salty for my taste. Haha
