The cozy cabin-like atmosphere combined with a sports bar vibe makes it a great spot for large groups. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of beers, which is definitely a plus.We ordered the 20 piece spicy chicken wings, and they were fantastic! The wings had a crispy exterior and a moist and tender interior. The spiciness was packed with flavor, and as we indulged in more wings, the heat really kicked in. It was a delicious and satisfying dish.However, we were disappointed with the crispy chicken bowl. While the sauce was great, there was an excessive amount of it, making the dish overly salty and the chicken soggy. The flavor was mostly dominated by the BBQ sauce, and the more we ate, the less we enjoyed it. I would not recommend this particular dish.On a positive note, they offer free popcorn with Asian savory seasoning, which was a tasty and enjoyable snack.During our visit, they had the basketball all-star game playing on all screens with audio, adding to the lively atmosphere. Overall, we had a good time at Mad for Chicken, especially with the great vibes and the opportunity to hang out with my girlfriend.

It would be nice if they update their hours because we went all the way there to have some quick bites at 11:20pm thinking they gonna close at 1am since I was craving for the chicken. But unfortunately, they said they closes at 12pm. Little disappointed and really don’t want to rush. So we left but i really like their chicken btw.

The flavor and crisp combination was perfect, not too saucy but yet crispy.The atmosphere was sort of a sports bar vibe but they were playing the knicks game when I went so it made sense.They give cajun flavored popcorn while you wait for your meal and the service is quick and attentive.
Mad For chicken is pretty close to where I live and I heard lots of positive things so I was excited to try it out with some of my buddies. When the server came by to take our order my friend commented to her about how clean the bathroom was. That's good. The place was rather packed for 4:00ish. We ordered a whole bunch of things for the table and they were all really good.We ordered-Nachos- A very solid dish but I personally think that all nachos should be layered with the toppings. After we got about half way through there was not much goodness to go on the nachos.Mac and cheese- This was good but definitely nothing special compared to the rest of the food that we tried. Dumplings- These were everyone's favorite at the table. Chicken fingers- These were solid. I think I could probably eat about 25 of these. In my opinion they were the best. They weren't too big, but the flavor of the hand-brushed sauces hit the spot.Scallion Chicken dish-my buddy ordered this and it seemed like it was just some of the chicken fingers laid on a plate topped with some scallions and other greens. This place has a happy hour menu and some specials that I'd love to check out with my wife and son. I think they'd enjoy it. Altogether, this was a quality spot that I enjoyed visiting while hanging out with some friends.
Best korean fried chicken place in nyc hands down. And I've tried a LOT of them. The wait may be long for the chicken but it's worth it. The soy garlic wings arw delicious. The spicy ones are spicier than at most places, so only get it if you can handle spicy food pretty well. They're still good. The parmesan fries are amazing. Staff is always friendly

Our server, Irene was an absolute sweetheart; patient, accommodating to any questions and made us feel very welcomed! And Paul was very forthcoming and offered us a dessert on the house. Overall, everyone we met and dealt with here at Mad for Chicken was extremely hospitable.The food, let me begin this soft, was above what we expected. The Bulgogi Bowl(pictured below) was astounding and very explicit in flavor! My stomach didn't allow me to finish but my mind forced me to. Paired with a glass of their 2015 Pinot Noir, I couldn't have asked for a better meal. My partner enjoyed althe Kimchi Bowl. Perfectly spicy, Smokey and savory. Our appetizer was the Kickin Bourbon Wings and Garlic/Soy Wings. Both were mouth-watering and addicting. We finally ended with our dessert; Chocolate Lava Cake.Perfect ending for a great experience!Ever see this place stop by immediately or make it a day trip!
