They messed up my order (who forgets the cheese on a bagel with egg and cheese?) and overcharged me on top of that (not counting the overcharge for the missing cheese). Bagels are decent.Go to Jewel Bagels down the street - much better bagels.

I ordered toasted everything bagel with extra smoked salmon, garlic and dill cream cheese, onions, and avocado. In my opinion they just don't know how to make a good bagel, the bread was very stiff, there was barely any smoked salmon or cream cheese and they put a ton of avocado that is supposed to be a nice complement but instead was the main ingredient. So I bit into the bagel, barely tasted any smoked salmon, and had all the avocado slide out due to how stiff the bagel was. You can make a better one at home. Not worth it.

Stopped in and ordered two toasted bagels. One with butter and one with butter and 2 slices of American cheese. The bagel with butter was $2.95 and the bagel with 2 slices of cheese was 6.95. I politely asked why they are charging me $3.95 for 2 slices of cheese and was given a huge attitude. I told them I don't appreciate being ripped off and was just stared at. I understand food, especially prepared food, costs more these days, but this is ridiculous. I've gotten bagels from here a few tones before and never really paid attention. Now I wonder if they overcharged me in the past as well.

I was there a week ago at 8 am & bought a dozen bagels. When I got home, & tried to cut it, & eat one I knew it was old. All were from the day before or longer. I'm through with this place. I've shopped here for many years, & it has really gone downhill.
