I ordered on the app, but forgot my phone at the office when I went to pick up my food. I explained this to the server, but they would not give me my food unless I would show them the order on the app. While I understand that this is to prevent people's food from being stolen by others, I told them the order number, my name, and exactly what was in the bag including the modifications. How more specific can I be? The manager finally gave me the food after some of this back and forth exchange as a "one time courtesy", probably because other customers were agreeing with me that I'd already more than proven what was in the bag that we cannot see through, as we do not have x-ray vision. We should not be required to glue our phones to our bodies to make sure we don't forget them. This was very poor customer service.Food was as expected.

I have been coming here ever since I was little cause I have been living in the neighborhood my whole life. A lot of the workers have an attitude and are rude to customers. Every single time I have ordered they have made my order wrong. I get no cheese on my burgers because I am lactose intolerant and I also get no ketchup because I don’t like it. Every single time I go there there is always cheese on my burger. Sometimes when I go in they do it correctly but every single time I go through the drive through there is ALWAYS cheese. There have maybe been 2 times it has not had cheese. I have worked in food service having to memorize huge orders because we didn’t write them down and I never made an order wrong but they can’t seem to understand that I don’t want cheese on my burger.Dietary restrictions: They do not listen to dietary restrictions. I tell them no cheese because I can’t have it and they continue to put cheese every time I come. They also don’t have many options for people who have dietary restrictions
Horrible! Prices go up overnight! I'm a regular customer. I ordered a large frap caramel. I tasted it. Then I asked Marlou if she could change it to a mocha instead. It tasted too sugary. She said she would make it a medium since I tasted it. Literally, the cup was 95% full. A disgrace!
