The best tasty Shaighai family style cooking !! The owner / chef was so super friendly and courteous. The chef waited for us about to finish a dish then he cook the next dish for our party!! Every dish we had was freshly out of his woke. The flavors was so unique, no place like it.

Delicious food. Get the soup dumplings, beef noodle soup and scallions with beef. Can't wait to come back and try something else

Chef Fei is a very talented chef. A must visit for take out! His dishes are delicious. They are super nice and the food is excellent! They also have frozen soup dumplings you can buy by the bag (40 for $25) so you can make them at home.....very competitive pricing for the frozen soup dumplings compared with other restaurants in Flushing. ???

I wanted to try this place as I travel around the area alot on my way to Kissena park. I've wanted to come for a year now but kept pushing it off over and over. Now that I have a lot of free time due to quarantine I decided to come here but it is locked closed. No reopening date either when other local restaurants are all open for 2 weeks now.

I love this little restaurant next to where I live. Their dumplings are fresh and yummy . Unfortunately it's closed during COVID-19

Ordered delivery, food is hot trash. Tricolor beef I'm convinced is fried jerky. Other dishes were just pools of oil without flavor. 1 Star for staying open during corona virus though.

Nice atmosphere and authentic Chinese food. We have been there five times and tried something new each time, never disappointed. Good chef, give the place a try if you are near by!

Seeking tasty Chinese food in a residential area of Flushing Queens, I highly recommend that you try Moment Cafe. This fairly new cozy restaurant offers delicious Shanghainese style cuisine which will appeal to many palates. We walked in and were welcomed by kind faces and nice customer service. The restaurant has a warm mom/pop feel and serves fresh, delicious meals to their customers. We took our order for 5 to go and no one was disappointed. They were very accommodating and custom made two of our meals. Everyone who ate, said the food was very good (some pics provided). We plan to go back again. -dec2019 Btw- street parking available and conveniently located by the Q65 bus stop Update Jan2020-- we returned and dined in at the restaurant with family. Service was great, food was delicious, nice music played in the background. Portions were generous.

We stopped in at Moment cafe for Shanghainese food. We loved the sharp flavor of the food and delicious dishes. Everything was fresh and the service was good. We will definitely stop in again. One thing we noticed was that the food was not excessively greasy as in some Chinese restaurants.

The staff gave me 11 dollars changes. And they all are 1 dollar bill. Never want to go there again!

Yum, yum, yum, yum & yummy. I come here whenever I crave authentic home style Shanghainese food. Last time here we ordered, Wuxi spare ribs, Eggplant homestyle, Yangzhou fried rice & noodles with meat sauce. Always prepared with fresh ingredients, subtle flavors without heavy, heavy sauce dosage. The Yangzhou fried rice is even better than the "original" I had in Yangzhou, China years ago. Fast, courteous service. Authentic old-school Shanghainese chef ... Lots of street parking, never crowded like downtown Flushing. Best if you have a car.

Food is not good at all. Steamed dumpling is too salty. Complained to the staff. The staff just ignored us. So rude!!
