The lobster tails I ordered were shipped quickly. They were packaged perfectly and still frozen on arrival. I made a mistake and ordered late for my shipping date. I contacted them and they contacted me right back. I had a great experience with this company. Order you will not regret it.

I have tried for 4 days to contact this company to change the shipping address, the first time being a few minutes after the order was placed. The only response I got was I have to wait. I understand they are busy due to the holiday, but after 4 days, they should be able to help me. Now I can't even just go in and cancel the order. I guess from reviews, if all goes fine with your order, you will be good, but I just hope you don't need help because you won't get it!

My son sent a birthday gift box meant for two. There were lots of yummy things in the box including HUGE shrimp, lobster tails, nice filets, pork loins and little potato cakes. We are still enjoying the items a month or two later it arrived, since it came packed solidly frozen and insulated. Thanks for a great foody experience!
