Been coming here for about 5 years and they’ve been selling me vapes for the longest time. I saw recently that they remodeled the place and I spoke to the owner about it looking really good and he told me that they just got a whole bunch of new stuff which I was really excited about. Awesome dude wish he was there all the time. However today I came in and I see that there was a new guy working. I don’t know if maybe it was a language barrier but everything I would ask he was reply “no.” I asked him for the vape I always get and have been getting for 5 YEARS now and he just says “no” I tell him I’ve been coming here for a long time so I didn’t understand and he repeats “no” “no” “no” what confuses me is that their wasn’t given an explanation and you guys claim to be a spoke shop yet treat reliable customers like that? I’m not saying this is for everyone but the new older man that started working is extremely rude and disgusting. Probably will need to find another “smoke shop” since APPARENTLY they don’t have vapes anymore. Or the old man didn’t want to sell to me for some reason?

Terrible service and very stingy. Overcharges on every item they have and has a attitude even when your polite. I bought a sandwich that was quite expensive and it wasn’t worth it because it was so small and the taste was just okay. I would say don’t come here even if it’s your last option. Waste of money!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!The cashier and anyone who works there has a horrible attitude and this grocery store is known to purposefully inflate prices whenever they want. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other grocery store in the area.

I only go there for cigarettes regularly and I got familiar with the cashiers who work there. I don't see they are ill-mannered in any way but surely they could be more sophisticated when handling other customers while there were multiple tasks. It's located in a very busy area but I don't see any deli-items over priced.

Very rude owner and dirty old food , they never wear masks , cockroaches literally everywhere and when I pointed it out owner kicked me out . I will be calling the city and sanitation on them .
**AVOID this store ** I would recommended all shopping needs to be done across the street at Rite - Aide for friendlier staff, more selections and better prices I have previously gotten sick from eating the deli food here on 2 separate occasions. Food poisoning and bad service pretty much sums it up but I also wanted to point out that the old guy working here on Saturday night is such a grump! He is always SO unfriendly and unwelcoming. He has an evil stare every time I come in there and spend money. It is his ritual to be extremely inconvenienced by the process of ringing up items for purchases. He is very lazy and takes him a long time to come to the counter when service is needed. I have caught him short changing me on multiple occasions so please watch out for his shady tactics and count your change before you leave!!! Additionally, more than once. He has refused to redeem our scratchers purchased there lying stating that he can not because didn't have a single dollar to redeem them with.

Refuses to give me change. Just threw my twenty dollar bill back at me and took the coke behind the counter. I understand a store potentially not having change. But throwing my money back at me was overkill. Also the man behind me was able to make his purchase so it probably wasn't about the change. Discrimination? Perhaps.
