Sometimes mistakes happen- even one where a WHOLE cake is missing from a delivery order. What should NOT happen is an unprofessional attitude from a neighborhood business where reputation counts significantly. Birthday cake was missing from a door dash delivery, so we called the shop. The manager recognized the mistake, and said they would send someone (another manager) to deliver the missing cake. Now this Manager shows up with a barely concealed annoyed attitude about the delivery. Mind you the person who went to retrieve the cake is an elderly man (we sent a cake for my parents birthday) who has to go out AGAIN because of THEIR mistake. Yes, that's NOT the kind of Birthday Wish you want to send to your loved ones especially during these tough times. You'd think even if Paris Baguette lacks sincerity they'd treat customers who do good business with them better than that. In one week we already ordered 3 cakes from them (that's just online, not counting in-person business). How can they run a business like this? They must realize there are A LOT of other bakeries/cafes in Queens, let alone on Northern Blvd.

We love Paris baguettes! My kids love everything here too! We came on a holiday afternoon, it was busy like a Sunday afternoon! But there was a lot of people working the registers so the line moved fast! Service was also great! Staff was friendly!

My first time at Paris Baguette but not my last. I went later on at night so there wasn't a whole bunch of options left but I still managed to get apple pie, which was like a strudel, cheesecake soufflé, and the peach tea. Everything was so fresh and delicious.

The lemon croissant donut is amazing. The coffee donut is great too.I get both of them all the time. The only thing I don't like is the plastic bags used to wrap stuff sticks to the frosting.

I've been here a few times, generally very similar to all the other Paris baguettes. However, today the pastries were extra good. A plus to this one in particular is the parking.

Pretty overpriced! One mochi donut goes for roughly $4.50 before tax!!! And it wasn't even made well, the frosting was completely melting off! Wouldn't have purchased it if I had known the price beforehand honestly. They should discount some items closer to the end of the night or at least leave price tags up.

Absolutely disgusting. Hair found INSIDE the tiramisu tart.

I wish I give the bookstore at back of Paris Baguette a zero star, not the cafe. Because one Korean lady just give me bad attitude because of my wet hands. I am so sick of people keep teaching me how to behave!!! This negative review is not for Paris Baguette here, is for the back Korean bookstore, I took a picture of, who treated me like crap!!! After I said sorry to her, she gave me a long face!! You not supposed to treat me that way!!! Last warning or I am filing the personnel complaint online. You are paid to treat customer nicely!!! Not yelling at customer like this because of this and that!!!Update later in March 17, 5:06 PM, while I am back home in Ridgewood Queens, I also know that is not totally the bookstore lady's fault; it is someone who blocked the Dyson hand dryer with the garbage can the reason why I could not dry my hands. So that is someone's fault to whom put the garbage can close to the Dyson hand dryer, that situation in Men's bathroom. That time I was going here for a visit only after my parents went to nearby Radiology which is just down one block.Anyway, this negative review is not for Paris Baguette; it is for the bookstore inside this cafe. And it is not totally the bookstore clerk fault; it is to someone who put the garbage can blocking the hand dryer in Mens restroom where I barely reached to use it; you know that garbage can put there is totally unsanitary! That is why I could not dry my hands after wash and made the bookstore clerk mad at me. This would have not happened to me if they manage the store more properly, including not blocking the hand dryer with something filthy, and something like that.

Store closes at 10 pm, we arrived at 7:50pm purchased some breads and coffees. We were told the dining area closes at 8pm. At 8:10pm a worker told us area was closed and that we had to leave. How can it take 2 hours to clean 5 tables!? Never coming here again
